The manager was great! He did everything to make sure our stay was good and I really appreciate his effort. He moved us to another room because of the issues of the first room. Garden view is beautiful and wifi was not bad. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The location is great right in the center of everything. The room did have hot water but it worked best at night.
Honestly, they have a lot to improve starting with placing AC in the rooms. Our room was very humid and hard to sleep. Pillows and mattress were stiff. The first room had mold and many things were broken so we requested a room change. The girls at the front desk had a bit of an attitude but the manager was the best and after reviewing the room, he gave us another one but sadly the second room was very humid.

It’s very cheap and very central, and the room is big. If you want to be in the middle of cultural life of Ella at a low price point, it’s good.
As per a few other reviews, we did have a mouse in our room which wasn’t ideal. It can be a bit noisy early in the night from all the bars and traffic, but it does quieter down. The breakfast buffet isn’t the best - you’re better going to other excellent cafes in town.
