A great location with an incredible ocean view. Very tranquil, but still a very short walk into town and to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Maintenance needed in common areas....clutter, clean up area at bottom of stairs near parking, windows and doors need caulking to keep out insects and lizards (can se daylight around doors and windows, wiring done with just electrical tape, walkway ends at a height near pool, plunge pool water was murky and bottom and walls had algae and slime. Lighting in plunge pool was flashing...not restful. Coffee maker didn't work. Dog nips.
