Very nice property. We did not use the kitchen facility but if we stayed longer that would be nice.

The location was right in the middle of town and only a few minutes down the road from the event we came into town for. It is definitely a much more affordable stay if you're in town for an event at the Greenbrier. Plus there is a restaurant basically on site which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful! The rooms were in very nice condition and it felt like a little home away from home!
The first room we were in had ductless mini-split air handlers & the room was on the colder side because it hadn't had ample time to heat up and it was FREEZING outside. The manager quickly offered to assist and when the issue couldn't be immediately resolved, she was very quick to offer to move us to another room and was not rude or at all unpleasant about it. That was definitely a breath of fresh air whereas most places nowadays you'd have to beg to be moved elsewhere and deal with someone who has an attitude toward you for making that kind of request.

Great location! Nice property.
Shower was average.
Mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all! At this price point one would expect better!
Expected both rooms to have queen beds.
A sleeper sofa with a comfortable mattress would be a huge improvement.
A wine opener would be a plus
