It is close to Namba station. You can take the Nankai express from airport and arrive here in 30 minutes. It's close to the JR Osaka loop line as well, which is convenient to go to Universal studio.
Room is not very roomy but it's is quite usual in big cities in Japan. Considering the price of the hotel, I don't complain too much.

The location is great, close to Namba station but in a quieter street. Well priced and good value for money

Everyday new towels and location of the hotel.
Cleanliness, toilet/bathroom a bit smelly (not so clean) and also the mirror in the elevator dirty (smudged and not wiped down daily).
Also I was quite surprised that for a 4 star hotel there wasn’t a laundry service provided..
