My parents and I were welcome by very friendly and nice staff when we walked into the lobby. All the staff we ran into in the facility were super nice and helpful, a group of very happy staff who made our day happy and bright. The free dinner is a plus. We love and enjoy our stay very much.

New property in a good area
One elevator was not working, so with seven floors of people, it took a bit of time getting to our room. Our sink was clogged so water barely drained. We stayed for seven days, but our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for toilet paper. One day at 3:00PM, the fountain drinks were turned off. One morning I could tell the breakfast staff was behind, because at 7:15AM, the coffee was still brewing and the gravy was still cold.
