Introducing the JPC Fisher! Cute beach bungalow with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is pet friendly (permitted with additional fee). Located in the heart of the Outer Banks at Kill Devil Hills, this home has easy access to the beach, shopping, dining and nightlife. It is conveniently near the Avalon Beach Kitty Hawk Bay Boat Access. Only 1232 Feet to the beach access. Your Vacation home awaits you! New for 2019: Awesome Theatre Room with 110" Screen w/ Projector, Surround Sound, Blu-ray player with streaming apps, Seating for 6 plus beanbags. Property Bedding: 1 Queen, 2 Duo Bunks, Q Sleeper Sofa Top Level: This home has an open floor plan with Kitchen/Dining/Living Room. The full Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances needed and an Island Bar with bar stools. A Beautiful dining room table has seating for four and can extend to six. There are two sofas in the Living room, one is a Queen pull out sofa bed. You will enjoy the large flat screen TV. Down the hall is a full bathroom with tub and shower. There is a door for interior access to the downstairs Washer/Dryer room. Two bedrooms with Duo Bunks and flat screen TVs on the right. On the left is the Master Queen suite with a full bathroom (tub and shower) and also with a flat screen TV. Ground Level: Garage for storage of the 2 adult bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. Access to the Washer/Dryer room and to the upper level. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and a dressing room. The carport hosts a porch swing and a picnic table.

Property was larger than I thought it would be. It is a few blocks from the beach so if you have kids you need to drive, because the highway is very busy and crossing wasn’t really an option. I definitely would recommend this house and would stay again.

This property was a great value for our family. It easily accommodated our family of 6 and our small dog. The movie theater was a big hit and still can walk to the sunset. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner and some basic pantry items would have been nice. Overall. a great week for our family and appreciative of the time we were able to share!

When we arrived found master bathroom was not cleaned very well, and the walk to the beach you had to cross over the main highway. Had to drive wherever we went. The maintenance guy that came and worked on the fridge was very nice.

Beach fun and lots of attractions.
The house we stayed in was smaller than the photos online made it out to be, but we did well all together in the home.
At home theater was great! Very good time having “movie nights”. However, the description of proximity to the beach was misleading as it involved crossing a very busy 4 lane highway. Not an ideal situation with a three and five year old in a safe way, so we needed to drive each time we went to the beach.
The house was not as clean as I would have thought. Lots of spills down the fronts of cabinets, lots of grease in the kitchen and dust throughout. I’m a clean freak and this didn’t seem up to par especially when you’re being charged a cleaning fee and being asked to sweep, clean counters & pick up before leaving at the risk of an additional fee! 🤷🏼♀️
All in all, it was a fun time but if we were to come back we would try to be closer to the beach.

My family and I had a life-changing experience in 2021 and needed downtime to process, rest, and recover. JPC Fisher and the CSVR team did just that. Our kids loved watching movies in the movie room, we celebrated Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Valentine's Day. We rested. We processed. We made plans for the next chapter of our life. We loved this house like it was our own and are so thankful to the owners and CSVR for their flexibility and willingness to let us winter at the beach, in our happy place, in their lovely home. The house has everything you need in the kitchen, a comfortable living room and eating area, great bedrooms/bathrooms, and of course--the movie room. We had family movie nights with Paw Patrol Movie and Encanto and while "We Don't Talk About Bruno", we definitely DO talk about how wonderful our time was at JPC Fisher.

We stayed late in the season and we found the floors, rugs, and furniture to be extremely dirty. The floor needed scrubbing! The throw rugs needed washing and the furniture professionally cleaned. I called the management company early in the week to advise them about the condition of the house. I hope they took appropriate action.

Family vacation
Property was in a good location. Cleaning was not good. Found beer cans in closet, very dusty, and dishes were not clean. The elevator for luggage was very convenient. Our children enjoyed the movie theater. House needs some updating but overall we had a great trip.

The Cottage was well equipped for our needs, located in a friendly neighborhood with easy walking to the Kitty Hawk Bay which has a nice multi-use paved wide path.
Outdoor elevator - great for moving bulky items to the 2nd floor, living level
Nice deck for your meals or own happy hour which we enjoyed
Two bikes available to ride the neighborhood and to the nearby Kitty Hawk Bay
Keurig was a plus and they had an espresso machine as well as a traditional coffee pot
Plenty of kitchen equipment, but bring your own salt and pepper
The main living area (kitchen, dining, living was nice and open lots of space, and included a desk which was a big plus.
The first floor theater movie room was excellent, a big selling point for us. While they have a lot of DVD's, if you have a favorite movie you want you want to see on a big screen bring it.
Seemed very clean overall and functional. We are always pleased when we find a good rental where we can have our dogs who appreciated the sandy backyard and good neighborhood to walk in.

We enjoyed staying in the house. It’s location between the ocean and the sound was great. The kitchen was well appointed. However, both couches in the living room were covered in cat hair and dander. With two of us allergic to cats, we had no seating in the leaving room besides a rocker.The first impression wasn’t great with a large gaping tear in the screen door along with rips in window screens. Almost a third of the curtain rods were broken and hanging down. The overhead fan/lights in two of the bedrooms didn’t work.We enjoyed the media room.The property needs to be repaired of such obvious cheap materials and the furniture in the living room needs a thorough cleaning or replacement. I understand pets are allowed, but there needs to be an effort to really get rid of previous pet hair after each visit.Also, this is the only house I’ve ever rented (over 15 so far) in OBX that didn’t supply at least some toilet paper in the bathrooms. It seems like a little thing, but it’s much appreciated when you first arrive after a long drive and you haven’t been to the store yet.

Great house for the price, Movie theatre was awesome and a lot of beach items included you basically only need to bring your clothes and food! A little bit of a walk from the 5th street beach access but not too bad. will book direct next time. Prop managers have a lot of other houses too.

Very nice property, a little far from the beach
This is a neat house with every detail for a comfortable stay. The cinema is awesome! It made our stay special. The caveat is that it's a little far from the beach, with busy traffic so walking is really challenging...and parking can be difficult although we were always able to find something. Of course the price will also be different if it were seaside, so it's a compromise. Fullt recommended!

Convenient to beach, groceries and lots of places to eat. Nice neighbors surrounding property. Very clean area, not a lot of vehicle traffic on the street facing the property. House is comfortable.

Awesome little house....very homey
Stupid us we didn't realize the linens were in a tote in front of the house so we slept on beds without them for the first night. Kitchen has everything you need, definitely well stocked. Never saw my teenagers the whole week since they camped out in the theater room the whole time. Washer and dryer worked great. Just bring your towels. The neighbors were super friendly, and we used this as home base while looking at properties in the area.
I would highly recommend especially with the cargo lift. No dragging luggage and supplies up and down the stairs. Thanks for thinking of everything we needed.

The cinema room is prefect for relaxing after a day on the beach. Kitchen is full of extras for coffee and beverage drinks. Beds are comfy. TV in each room= everyone watches what they want!!Outdoor space is relajxing and cool. Neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Location is close to local restaurants and adventures. The lift/elevator makes arrival and departure a breeze. I guess if I had to offer one suggestion it would be blackout curtains ��, that’s for Mary!!!!
