Nestled in Athens, this charming condo for $170 per night is a great option for your next trip. This spacious apartment is located in Koukaki neighborhood, very close to the Acropolis and Plaka (10 min. walking) as well the Acropolis museum (4 min. walking). It's very new as it was renovated on March 2019 and it's very sunny, perfect for families and big groups. The apartment has 3 big double beds in 3 bedrooms and there are 2 sofas that turn into 2 beds in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Guests have full, exclusive use of the property. For late check-in after 21:00pm there is an extra fee of 15 euros. A formerly low-profile neighborhood at the foot of the Acropolis, home to several service stations and body shops in the past, Koukaki has evolved over the last year in the hottest fun spot in the city, as new hangouts with an alternative character open one after the other. The tour begins from the “Bell Ray” (88, Falirou Str.), which is housed in an old service station that turned into an all-day industrial space, with large windows, tasty snacks, and lovely cocktails, where you’ll find it hard to get a table. The wine bar “Boheme Bourgeois” (36, Anastasiou Zinni Str.) prefers wines from the Greek vineyard, which come with cheeses and cold cuts. Right next door to it (34, A. Zinni Str.), you’ll find the “I Fabrika tou Efrosinou”, namely the factory of Efrosinos – the patron saint of cooks – with plenty of meze dishes and stews. At the “Monsieur Barbu” (59, Falirou Str.) and the “Hops” (10, Drakou Str.) nice, juicy burgers take centre stage, while the “Lotte” (2, Tsami Karatasou Str.) has an air of Parisian bistro. The “Kinono” (48, Falirou Str.), which is a new arrival, is a well-lit all-day corner place with a large bar, an inclusive cocktail list, and exquisite accompaniments, well-known DJs at the decks and large areas in the mezzanine and the basement for exhibitions and one-off performances. For handmade jewelry and other decorative items, check out “Psit!” (9, Veikou Str.), and for funky clothes – also handmade – go to the “Lovecuts” (2, Veikou Str.), right across the street. Complete your tour with a visit to the “State of Concept”, a nonprofit gallery found at No. 19, Tousa Botsari Str. The apartment is located in a very central spot of Athens. All the archaeological sites are located in walking distance as well as the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis metro station, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Panathenaic Stadium and the "Plaka" area which is the most ancient part of the city. We can arrange transfers from/to the airport or port upon request.

The Plaka, the Akropolis + museum, the national garden and even the Parliament is at walkable distance. The apartment is spacious and clean. The owner is easily accessible if you have any questions. We had a great stay. Thank you!

We stayed in this property in Aug 2022 with family group of 6 people (5 adults and 1 12 years old kid) for 2 nights and 3 days and truly enjoyed our stay.The property owner is a good communicator and place is clean with nice air conditioner. Location was great and 10 mins walk to most of the sightseeings like Acropolis Museum , Tomb of unknown soldier, Constitution Square and Panathenaic Stadium National park, Temple of Zeus and. Parthenon temple! Close to train and you can commute from/to airport easily by train to avoid Taxi and paying fare. We paid 160 Euro for 6 of us for taxi from airport which was a mistake. The apartment has elevator and property has washing machine! The money paid for our say was worth it and strongly recommend to stay here! REALLy Good property and well communication by the owner! Thank you !

Good location for visiting the Acropolis. 4-5 minutes' walk from the Acropolis museum and south entrance. (Also, metro station) About 10 minutes' walk to the main entrance. The apartment is on the 4th floor for American counting. It is just like the pictures, clean and nice looking. everything worked well for us on our stay.

Our host, Giolena, is the best!! Always very fast replying to all questions, no matter if it was prior to arrival, during our stay, and even post departure. You can't overstate how good it feels to not being left in the lurch when information or help is needed.

This is a very solid and convenient location. It had everything we needed for our family of 4–three bedrooms, 2 baths, and convenience. Not much of a view but we weren’t in the room. Easy walk to many food places and acropolis. The property manager was very quick in responses and helpful. We’d definitely recommend this one!

The property was very big, clean and a 10 min easy walk to Acropolis. Giolena was amazing and was able to arrange for our transportation at a very reasonable rate. She was prompt in responding and checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was clean and smelled fresh. Big plus was 2 bathrooms and spacious for 7 of us. We would definitely stay there again.
