The location is great. The amount of space was great for our group. AC worked great. It is in walking distance of all the main attractions, the shopping areas and lots of good food and coffee spots very close by. They offer grocery prestock which is nice but we didn't get several things in the list. Unless you need a lot of things, I'd get grocery items yourself.
There are almost no kitchen utensils if you plan to cook. I made eggs and had to use a fork to move them around. No spatula, no large spoon etc. It was strange. Otherwise we'll stocked with the basics. Also, they do not provide beach towels if you're planning water activities.

Excellent location and close to a lot of the local attractions and monuments.
Host was not responsive via WhatsApp. I had to call to get answers. No soap at all in the bathroom or shower. Shower head would not stay in place and was very difficult to take a shower.
