We were a group of six friends and had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment was easy to find, and the check-in process was smooth and simple. It is located on the 5th floor and there is an elevator available.
The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with four bedrooms, each featuring a large double bed and air conditioning. There are four bathrooms, two of them en-suite, a large living room with air conditioning, a big dining table, and a very well-equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine, a dryer, and a pleasant balcony with a small table and chairs.
We appreciated having three sets of keys available for our group, and it was a nice touch to find complimentary bottles of water waiting for us in the refrigerator. The apartment was very clean, and communication with the hosts was easy and responsive. They were also helpful in providing contact information for airport transportation.
A few things could be improved. Each guest received one large towel and one small towel, and soap was provided in the bathrooms, but additional towels and extra supplies would have been appreciated. We requested extra towels during our stay but unfortunately did not receive them.
In some bedrooms, the curtains could not be fully closed, so the morning sunlight came in quite early. There is also construction next to one of the bedrooms, and on weekdays the noise starts around 7:00 AM. Finally, the mattresses are quite soft, which some of us liked and others did not.

Beautifully designed and decorated apartment with 4 double bedrooms - 2 en-suite and 2 with private bathrooms. Access was via an app, which i was apprehensive about having had poor experience elsewhere but this worked perfectly, The lift was great as apartment is on the 5th floor. Excellent central location for visiting the key sites and for shops and restaurants (there are a number of roof top restaurants in the area though advance booking is advisable).
There was a bit of confusion on check in, in that we arrived early and we given access to leave our luggage. We were told that the cleaning would be done withiin an hour and that we would be called ... this did not happen but we were able to access at 4pm using the app. But it seems a bit churlish to complain about what was essentially a favour to allow us early access.
