CONDO FEATURES South Seas Gulf Beach Villa 2026 is a direct beachfront condo offering a soaring living room and dining room and an adjoining newly renovated kitchen. In addition to the twin bedroom and full bath on the main living level, this villa offers a large, screened lanai overlooking the beach for Captiva's famous sunsets. The spacious living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The master bedroom on the upper level has a very comfortable king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom with large loft for additional guests. The loft also has an additional queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker. Our condo is located on the first floor (walk-up) and near the Beach Villa community heated pool. Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the ground floor for your convenience. There are tennis courts available, marina access and complimentary high speed wireless internet, flat screen TV's in living room and each bedroom. Please note this building does not have an elevator.  South Seas Island Resort is a prestigious gated community located on the northern tip of Captiva Island. The Beach Villas offer access to 3 swimming pools and gas BBQ grills. This is a privately-owned property located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort and is not subject to Resort Amenities but offers many shops and restaurants within walking distance that are open to the public. However, full South Seas Amenities are not available we do provide access to our sister resort, Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa. **THIS IS A PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO AND GUEST WILL NOT HAVE FULL RESORT AMENITIES.
