About this house rental
Nestled in Netarts, this lovely house for $500 per night is a great option for your next trip. NEWLY RENOVATED!! 'The Beach Retreat' looks out onto Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The home has five recently built bedrooms and five full baths all en-suite with a 1/2 bathroom off the great room and is perfect for your vacation. This custom-crafted large home includes an ocean-front great room with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors in the common areas, a spectacular open gourmet kitchen with large granite countertops and hickory cabinets, a spacious dining area, a stone fireplace and expansive windows looking out on the Pacific Ocean. Ask about the home next door as well! Great for 2 families or a family reunion! All bedrooms (sleeping 12) are roomy with vaulted ceilings to make your stay even more relaxed. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, private bath, large closet and full ocean and bay views. What better way to greet the day? The second bedroom has a queen size bed with its own full bathroom, the third and fourth bedrooms also have kings size beds and a full en-suite bathroom, and finally the fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom. All guest bedrooms have plenty of closet space too. All bathrooms have showers with one bedroom also having bathtub, vanities, custom tile, granite countertops and more. You can enjoy long walks on the beach both north and south. To the south you can walk to the town of Netarts, the jetty for the boat launch and the Schooner for lunch or dinner. To the north, you can walk to the town of Oceanside for coffee at Brewing in the Wind, lunch/dinner at Roseanna's or just to take in the beauty. This is a great launching spot for the Three Capes driving loop, day trips north to as far as Cannon Beach, or south as far as Lincoln City. Golf and Wine Tasting are within an hours drive. Three night minimum in June. Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals only for July/August. No Pets Allowed. No RV Parking. Plenty of Parking! This rental is great for a large group. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, which is amazing! The toiletries provided are a thoughtful touch. The bedrooms are peaceful, and the linens nice. I do think it's time to replace all the pillows since they were very thin and well used. Its also time to either rotate or replace the mattresses.The kitchen is lovely and there are plenty of tools, pans, pots, etc. The living room area has a great view of the bay, and the beach access is so easy. It would be nice to have some additional seating around the fire pit. We will absolutely stay here again!!

I have stayed in this house multiple times over the years, and this was the second time we have stayed in it since it was added on to. It works so well for our family as it has four big bedrooms with either a queen or kind size bed AND a bunk room with two bunk beds (4 beds). Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, plus a a half bath in the hallway. So 5 bedrooms, 6 baths. And the rest of it is open kitchen/livingroom concept. All right on the beach. It works really well for our group, which consists of my parents, my husband and I, our two kids and their spouses, and our 3 grandchildren. Love the yard and firepit and ample space. The house was clean and ready to go. And the property manager is pretty readily available for anything you need. We needed the outside foot shower turned on, as it hadn't been turned on from winter yet, and I called pretty late in the afternoon, and she came out the next morning to turn it on. I would absolutely recommend this rental to any large groups that want some equitable bedrooms for their party, and space to come together.

This house is on the beach - meaning you can walk to the beach just outside of the back yard. Not 50 yards, not just over the sand dune - it is on the beach which is wonderful. The variations of the sand between high and low tide, the ocean vs bay, and the wildlife made the views from the house very interesting.The house was very comfortable for the 4 couples, clean and well maintained. Lots of bedroom space, less living room/dining room space than expected. It was big enough for us in nice weather, but you would have had to use the dining room table if you wanted to do a puzzle.The area was quiet. We did walk to Oceanside and had lunch at the Oceanside Surf Company's small restaurant. Cafe and lunch offerings - much better than you would think from the outside.It's just a short drive to Munson Falls, Cape Lookout, Sitka Sedge Natural Area, and other areas for hiking.As you can see from our ratings, this was an excellent place to stay.

Beautiful house! Very clean! Right on the beach. Each of the five spacious bedrooms had their own bathroom. Wonderful open concept modern kitchen that was very well accessorized. The house is on piers so u do have to walk up quite a few stairs but once inside it’s all one level living. Great views of beach! Property manager was always a text away to help us with any questions.

Our family has been staying up and down the northern Oregon Coast from Pacific City to Cannon Beach for years, always on the lookout for great locations and accommodations. This home may be as close to perfect as we’ve found. Great location with easy beach access and plenty of room for an extended family of eight. Access to the loft would be nice for older children, but understand safety/liability issues. The sandbar at the mouth of the bay makes for gentler surf, making it less worrisome having toddlers and young children on the beach. While not a beach for combing, it’s wide, long and sandy. There’s plenty of combing to be had a short distance up the Cape Loop at Tunnel Beach and Short Beach. It’s a quick drive to Tillamook for any needs. This is a property we’d stay at again!

This is our second time staying at this house, and we would recommend it to anyone. Spacious bedrooms, individual bathrooms. Only thing I would say is that the common areas are smaller then other houses, so if you want a house that have multiple hangout areas, this one isn't it. This house is awesome for introverts who like their own rooms but also like occasionally hanging out together. We had a few maintenance issues that showed up, but based on the first time we stayed, confident they will get fixed. Quiet neighborhood, no thru traffic. We did plenty of crabbing! Management responds immediately to emails. WiFi in house is pretty good, cell reception iffy. Overall great place to stay at the beach.

I loved staying in this house with my adult children, their kids and my parents. We have stayed in this house multiple times over the years prior to it being added onto, but with less people and family configurations. When I found that it had been expanded I thougth it was the perfect house for all of us. It is really nice that it has FOUR bedrooms that all have at least a queen size bed in them, in addition to the bunkroom for kids. That is so nice when you have a bunch of couples in your group. Every single bedroom also has it's own bathroom, in addtion to another bathroom for common use. The rooms are big too, they didn't squeeze too much into tiny spaces. It is so comfortable and spacious. The large open kitchen and living room is such a nice gathering spot. And the yard and beach access is top notch. This is probably my new go to house for our annual family excursion to Netarts Bay. Loved it.
