A fantastic vacation offering in Historic Beaufort NC! Beautiful three bedroom two-story house with off street parking and room for your boat. First floor has a large living room, well equipped eat in kitchen with new stainless appliances, two bedrooms and one full bath, and a dining room. Upstairs has a large bedroom with two 3/4 beds and a sitting area, a nook with desk and a full bath. Wood floors throughout, the kitchen is newly updated, new two zone air conditioning upstairs and down, and freshly painted and decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped for a serious cook, and there is everyday dishwasher safe china, glass and silverware, as well as an extensive collection of vintage barware, crystal and china for settings suitable for any occasion. ( glass and dishware with gold decoration must be hand washed-plenty others dishwasher safe) The back yard is huge, has charcoal park style grill, 4 Adirondack chairs around a fire pit and a large picnic table. All of the beds are new, the bed linens include 100% cotton sheets, there are reading lights beside the beds to enjoy books from a large collection, with many focused on Beaufort. Amazon Alexa in living room, and Amazon dots in laundry room and in all bedrooms for music, news, weather, alarms, you name it! ( These are not surveillance devices. Feel free to unplug if the spook you but remember to plug back in for next guests) This is my second home as well, and has lots of antiques, art, books and collectibles not usually found in a vacation rental.
