Nestled in Lavallette, this lovely house for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Perfect Beach Cottage in Lavallette. New Custom Granite Counter Top, and cherry wood cabinetry in the kitchen, tile floors through out, completely repainted entire inside of home. Central A/C, Free Wi-Fi, Complimentary Beach Badges, off street parking, gas grill, patio furniture, vaulted ceiling, Terrific location across from ballpark and library. Property is just 2 1/2 short blocks to Beach and also in close proximity to Bay. House sleeps (6) six and is complete with new Central air-conditioning system and ceiling fans. Lovely landscaping and super clean and well maintained home. Outdoor gas barbecue for summer cookouts complete with picnic table. Brand new custom deck and railings, with private outdoor shower. Great sliding glass doors lead out to elevated wrap around deck, that gives you privacy and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. We redid so much of this home through the winter of 18-19, to make it perfect. Nearby Activities: Spend your days on the beach and enjoy the many restaurants and activities while you are vacationing in lovely Lavallette, NJ. From nearby breakfast and pancake houses to ice cream parlors and fishing, crabbing or water skiing in the bay, activities are available to enjoy.

Home away from home!
We have been here for the last 3 years and will definitely be back next year. This house is so conveniently located to the bay, the ocean, restaurants /cafes, shopping, the library, I could go on and on... it seems we always find something else to love about Lavallette. The house is clean and inviting, with a fresh decor. It's always a little sad to leave.

Stayed early in the summer with grandparents and our 4 year old. Place is very well located and well kept. Perfect for a quiet beach getaway with family. Area has a lot of child friendly attractions - oceanside beach, bayside beach, and an unbelievable number of playgrounds.

We were in walking distance of nearly everywhere we needed to go. We enjoyed the beach, the playground, and the bay without ever taking a car. We were very pleased with our visit and hope to return!

Cute and cozy
My husband and I stayed here the weekend of September 13-15. Greg was kind enough to rent to us for just a weekend when no other homeowners would (all required a minimum of 7 nights which is crazy for mid-September). The house is small but adorable and plenty big enough for the two of us. Everything is new and very clean. Not one detail overlooked. Loved the kitchen and bathroom. Everything you would need or want for a great vacation stay. We met Greg's father upon our arrival as we did not get there until after 7 pm Friday night. He could not have been nicer and more helpful. The weather was perfect as was our stay. We hope to rent again next year. Thank you Greg for facilitating a great weekend getaway for us.

Perfect cottage beach getaway
We stayed over memorial day weekend 2013 and had a wonderful experience. The cottage had just finished its complete renovation. This place is immaculate. All brand new, high-end finishes, this cottage is perfect for two couples or a family for a beach vacation. It looks so much more spacious in person, the living room has a vaulted ceiling, and the outdoor patio w/grill and outdoor shower are a huge bonus. Parking spot and short walk to the beach. Greg and Ann are great hosts and even checked in with us as the first tenants after the renovation. We wouldn't change a thing!

Very clean and comfortable cottage. Right next to a park and walking distance to the beach. This summer rental is great for a family with kids or adults looking for a nice getaway. We really enjoyed our stay! :)
