Updated, clean & convenient to beaches (7 miles to Ft. Meyers Beach) or other areas. Bed/matress very uncomfortable-very firm. Had nearly everything two people needed.

This is a an apartment in a separate structure on the owner's property. It is very nicely updated and very comfortable. It is centrally located and access is easy. The owner was very responsive and communicative during our stay. We would rent from him again.

Extremely clean. Very quiet, private and comfortable. No windows that you can see out of except if standing you can see out living room windows that overlook driveway. We come from an area that does not have privacy fences so that was a new experience Otherwise it was very nice and clean. Would stay there again.
