Located in Cypress Lake, this attractive condo for $101 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 3 month minimum rental (90 nights) January thru April. High Season Rates Apply - Inquire Luxury condo completed in spring 2023. This condo is a perfectly located unit, literally steps away from everything this secure gated community has to offer. This 1st floor condo has been professionally decorated and is immaculate with all new high-end furnishings as well. Enjoy the resort lifestyle in one of the most sought after locations in Fort Myers, FL. AVAILABLE NOW! This designer decorated condo features over 1600 sq/ ft of living space in an open floor plan design from Kitchen to spacious Great Room with 9’ ceilings and a full wall of glass sliders that open fully to screened in lanai. The comfortable lanai furniture offers a nice place to relax with a beautiful view of the lake. Bedrooms and Den have 9’ foot ceilings to continue the open and airy concept. Great room, Master bedroom, Guest bedroom and Den all have ceiling fans with remotes for your comfort. The Master suite has a beautiful view of the lake with tropical landscape. The Master has a King bed with memory foam top and down pillows, 2 walk-in closets, private master bath with dual sinks and a private water closet and a 40 in. HDTV. The large second Bedroom has a Queen bed with down pillows and is just steps off the Main Bathroom. The Den/Bedroom has desk/workspace and a Queen Murphy bed. The Master and the guest bedrooms are carpeted with ceramic tile throughout the main living areas, kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchenette area is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee. It has a glass top table with seating for four. The updated kitchen with granite is fully stocked for the well appointed chef with great appliances including in door water/ice dispenser on the refrigerator. In addition another 4 comfortable seats await you at the spacious breakfast bar. The laundry room is equipped with a great washer and dryer. Linens, towels and all bedding are provided. Home has 65” HDTV in the Great Room with High Speed Internet throughout the space. There are 2 parking spaces with one being in a carport. Steps away from the front door is the Island Club House beautifully decorated with a Coastal flair and features an outdoor heated swimming pool, Whirlpool spa, tennis court, pickle ball, basketball, fishing pond and gas grills. Inside the outstanding, tropical Island Club House is a professionally equipped fitness center, kitchen, community/social area, TV and a small library for books/games/puzzles. At Tortuga, you will find all that you need to relax and enjoy your vacation! Tortuga is Located Close to Beaches (minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva etc), Shopping, Restaurants, Theaters, Hospitals and many Golf Courses. Fort Myers Regional Library is within Walking Distance. This Resort Style Community and Location Equals a Perfect Vacation in Paradise!! NO SMOKING or VAPING permitted inside the property.

Tom and Lori’s place was nothing short of amazing! We needed a place to stay near Galisanos Children’s Hospital and this was only 4 minutes away. The condo was decorated beautifully. The furniture, beds, pillows, sheets, everything was very comfortable and high quality. The kitchen was fully stocked. They even had beach chairs and bikes to use as well as pool towels and umbrellas. Just very very well done! The communication and hospitality was amazing!
