Situated in Cypress Lake, this charming condo for $150 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Luxury condo completed in summer 2016. This condo is a perfectly located unit, literally steps away from everything this secure gated community has to offer. This 2nd floor condo is brand new, immaculate with all new high-end furnishings as well. Enjoy the resort lifestyle in one of the most sought after locations in Fort Myers, FL. AVAILABLE NOW! This well decorated condo features over 1600 sq/ft of living space in an open floor plan design from Kitchen to spacious Great Room with vaulted ceilings and a full wall of glass sliders that fully open to screened in lanai. The comfortable lanai furniture offers a nice place to relax. Bedrooms and Den have 12 foot ceilings to continue the open and airy concept. Great room, Master bedroom, Guest Bedroom and Den all have ceiling fans with remotes for your comfort. The Master suite has a beautiful view of palm trees and tropical landscape. The Master has a Queen bed with memory foam top and down pillows, 2 walk-in closets, private master bath with dual sinks and a private water closet and a 32 in. HDTV. The large second Bedroom has a queen bed with down pillows, is just steps of the Main Bathroom and offers a spectacular view of the lake and fountain. The office/den has a writing desk, 32 in. TV and queen pullout sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms are carpeted with ceramic tile throughout the main living areas, kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchenette area is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee. It has a glass top table with seating for four with a spectacular view of the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked for the well appointed chef with stainless steel appliances including in door water/ice dispenser on the refrigerator, and offers another 4 seats at the breakfast bar. The dining area has a table for six. The laundry room is equipped with brand new washer and dryer, and linens and towels are provided. Home has 3 HDTV's in the Greatroom, Master BR, and Den. There are 2 parking spaces with one being in carport. Steps away from the front door is the Island Club House beautifully decorated with a Carribean/Coastal flair and features an outdoor heated swimming pool, Whirlpool/spa, tennis court, basketball, fishing pond and gas grills. Inside the outstanding, tropical Island Club House is a professionally equipped fitness center, kitchen, community/social area, TV and a small library for books/games/puzzles. At Tortuga, you will find all that you need to relax and enjoy your vacation! Tortuga is Located Close to Beaches (minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva etc), Shopping, Restaurants, Theaters, Hospitals and many Golf Courses. Fort Myers Regional Library is within Walking Distance. This Resort Style Community and Location Equals a Perfect Vacation in Paradise!! My family was treated excellent from the very first day. The owners met us and walked through everything with us. Their home is in impeccable condition. It is obvious that they care deeply and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. It is so clean and comfortable inside. They have really made it feel like home! It is a short drive to the beach but we were not at the beach, literally everything we needed was there and we loved how all of the great amenities of the community are literally steps away. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, weight room, and the natural gas grills all of which are visible out the front window. If you are looking for a relaxing get away to Fort Myers, this rental is an absolute must! We will be back for sure!
