About this house rental
Beautifully furnished vacation home situated in a calm residential area. Large pool with hot spa surrounded by palm fringed garden. Ideal to be away from it all… you can simply relax at the beautiful pool, do some jogging in the green surroundings or take off to the famous beaches and pubs of Ft Myers Beach or Cape Coral only minutes away. Many good restaurants, shopping centers, and malls nearby. Great wildlife excursions into the wilderness.

Great location very quiet and private for walks in the morning or a swim in the pool! No tv outside to watch in the evenings but I went and bought one and it worked out great! So peaceful

This was our second year staying at this house and we enjoyed the pool when heated. House was clean but areas are getting dated and need repair. Very quiet neighborhood and easy come and go. Disappointed that it is already rented for next year.

Positives: neighborhood is quiet and feels safe owner was very responsive to a power issue house was cleanNegatives:The home could use attention, such as... front entry repairs (screen on the screen door, broken screen door handle, overall entry cleanliness) upgrade of kitchen utensils and pots & pans only 3 beach towels lanai furniture is in very poor condition (stained cushions & rusted) dinette chairs feel like the seats are going to fall through the bottom master bedroom comforter is exceptionally worn the electrical system seems to be in need of attention (lights often went weak, then bright) no air pump for pool rafts we pulled several weeds growing in the grout around edge of pool & spa multiple lightbulbs were out
