This beautiful, newly decorated with high-end furnishings and dressed with tropical touches, a 1st floor condo is in a secure gated community in one of the most sought after locations in Fort Myers. Enjoy the comforts of this spacious over 1500 sq/ft of living space, with 9- foot crown molded ceilings unit, directly facing the lake and the wildlife it has to offer (including turtles). A full wall of glass sliding doors leads to the screened in lanai. The comfortable lanai furniture and an unforgettable view of the rising sun offers a perfect place to start your day with the morning coffee. Return throughout the day to relax or to have an evening nightcap! However, if feeling more adventurist and ready to explore the lake area, you are only steps away from an impeccably cut lawn. The beautiful view of the lake surrounded by palm trees follows you inside owing to an open floor design which makes it feel spacious and inviting from kitchen to kitchen nook, dining and living rooms. The master suite which features a king size bed, has two walk-in closets, dual sinks, a spacious shower and a private toilet. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and is located next to the main bathroom. The bedroom has it’s own Sony Bravia 43” HDR LED smart TV. The great room offers entertainment with a Sony Bravia 55” HDR LED smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in the condo. The den is set-up as a home office. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, abundant cabinets, and pantry. The unit has a separate laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer. Flooring consists of ceramic tile throughout the main living area, kitchen, and bathrooms with carpet in both bedrooms. Outside there are two parking spaces (one with a car port). Tortuga is a sophisticated community with Caribbean influences that offers a resort lifestyle. This new community features tropical architectural homes, lush landscaping and a spectacular Island Clubhouse, with an outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool/spa, tennis and basketball courts, fishing pond and gas grills. Inside the tropical Island Club House is a professionally equipped fitness center, kitchen, community/social area, TV and a small library for books/games/puzzles. Tortuga is Located Close to Beaches (Sanibel is less than 15 minutes & Fort Myers Beach less than 10 minutes), golfing, shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, entertainment all within 5 minutes. At Tortuga you will find everything you need for a perfect vacation and escape. For your convenience, we provide all you need for your afternoon at the beach. The unit was as listed and in excellent condition. The owner was very responsive to requests and checked with us to make sure we were enjoying the unit. We will definitely be back!! He even asked for our input to improve the unit decor and furnishings.

We spent March and April, 2022 in this condo. The condo was very clean and was well equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet and secure. The location was pretty central to anything you might want to do in south Ft. Myers. The owner is a wonderful man who responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this property.

This condo was spacious and the decor was lovely! Lots of amenities and a great view of a pond outside a comfortable lanai. We had everything we needed but communication with the owner could have been better. In the middle of texting about price for next year he did not respond to 4 messages and a phone call. He eventually told us he rented it to some one who was willing to pay more. That disappointed us!

I have rented quite a few vacation rentals, but this stay was the best! The owner thought of every detail in this newly renovated/furnished apartment. It's on a beautiful little lake where you can watch the birds 🐦 Wonderful, friendly community, centrally located, highly recommend.
