Located in Pacific Beach, this attractive condo for $345 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Ocean front cozy corner suite with stunning white water ocean views and invigorating ocean breezes. Nestled in the heart of Pacific Beach, 30 seconds from the famous Pacific Beach Boardwalk and walking distance to the lively Garnet Avenue where you can enjoy a variety of delicious food, pubs and clubs. Centrally located in San Diego, this beachfront condo is close to Downtown San Diego, The San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Seaworld, Belmont Amusement Park and the Crystal Pier. The giant wall of glass windows bring the outside in. When the blinds are up it transforms the living spaces into private balconies over looking the Pacific Ocean. Please come and enjoy the panoramic views. ***Our cleaning staff has enhanced cleaning criteria based on WHO and CDC guidelines to combat any chance of Covid-19 spread. Although our standards were always high, we are doing our part to use additional types of cleaning solutions. Thank you for considering us and as always we look forward to taking great care of you and our guests*** Two days prior to check-in we will send you a pdf welcome package via email with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. My home is very easy to access. You will enter through a lobby and collect your key at the lock boxes. There is a parking spot for you in the garage. The pool, spa and rooftop terrace are shared. Pacific Beach has everything you want. Whether you prefer to spend your time with your family at the beach in peace and quiet or hanging out late with your friends at night there's always something to do. The neighborhood is very safe, there is constant police on patrol. If its peace you are looking for, avoid garnet ave and mission blvd between 10pm and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. If it's a party, you will find it on those streets in full swing on Friday and Saturday. Also, don't miss Taco Tuesday which is celebrated everywhere in Pacific Beach. No matter what your style is, there's something for you here in Sunny San Diego! Wanna get around? Nearby are bike rentals, scooter rentals like Bird and Lime, and taxis. But my favorite way of transportation in San Diego is Uber or Lyft. I have them both downloaded and check to see which gives me the best deal for a quick trip. Of course, you can always rent a car and use your included parking spot. Just don't forget to avoid traffic between 3pm to 6pm!

Good location. Floor needs to be mopped

Good coffee maker needed to have vinegar ran through it so it would work extra bedroom had tv but no cable box so we could no watch it. Beautiful view and clise to everything

We stayed here for 1 week. The accommodations were exactly as described.
The king sized bed and room was excellent - beautiful sun rises and sun sets everyday, looking out onto the beach and ocean! The shower was nice (rain shower) and there was lots of room!
The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds ,- full closet and a dresser with lots of drawers. My daughter and my mom stayed in this room and said it was very comfortable.
The living room was excellent and the second bathroom with a tub was nice.
Overall, we had a great time! The beach is hopping every day and evening! It is nice to have a security gated area for parking and building security. Everyone was very nice!
There is no air conditioning, so you will want the doors and/or fans going. The fan in the king room was great - my mom said the fan in the 2 queen room was very loud. They used the window for air flow.
There are lots of towels and extra bedding (pillows and blankets). It was very comfortable!
There are also beach toys/chairs etc available- we didn’t use them, but they were in the big closet.
The laundry room is right outside the door - very convenient if you need it. This is an end unit, so you have limited neighbours. It was nice and quiet.
We loved this place and would definitely come back again!

We’ve enjoyed this property many times. I must say it’s time to upgrade several of the furnishings (couch), and at least upgrade the main television to a smart tv and double the size.

everything was so nice, we really enjoyed our stay, beautiful spot! the only i would say is that the place could use a good mopping! the floor was dirty, not to the eye, but our feet were black walking around barefoot. other than that it was wonderful!

Very nice corner oceanfront unit. It was pleasantly busy on the beach and walking trail during the day but quiet at night. The only issue was only having one key between the 4 of us. Doing things separately with only one key was difficult. We requested a second key but did not get one.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!! Perfect for kids. Only draw back was it wasn't long enough!!! Our suggestions would be to have 2 key fobs and wash cloths.

The photos for this haven’t been updated so what you see online isn’t how the condo looks. It’s been updated and gorgeous from photos posted. Also, if you click on the address from Vrbo for directions, it doesn’t take you to the right place so just type the address in your browser. The location was perfect and the large windows let in so much light and wind. It was gorgeous and already planning to come back. Tons of beach stuff so don’t bother buying or bringing anything.

We had a very good experience with this property and the property owner. Our family of five had plenty of room and all the conveniences of home. Matthew had all the beach toys, towels, chairs and boogie boards we could ask for. It was a great perk! The condo is directly across from the laundry room and that was super convenient too. We were right on the beachwalk and we appreciated being able to walk everywhere and leave the car in a safe parking lot. The biggest draw (as adults) was the amazing views and sunsets. We literally decided not to go to sunset cliffs because we had it so good at the condo.
All that being said, it is true that the space has older appliances and could be considered "dated." We are an out-and-about family so we did not care about the aesthetic of the space. Everything was well-cleaned; there were extra blankets and all the utensils we could need for cooking and cleaning. I only had two issues while staying there. First, the balcony doors do not have working locks on them. Granted you are easily 30ft above the ground so you don't need to worry about people getting in, but if I had littler children I would be hesitant. Second, there are very bright spotlights on the building just below the master bedroom and they remain on all night. I wish I had known that before and I would have brought a sleeping mask.
Overall, we would return and rent the same condo from Matthew at the Capri by the Sea.

Well kept property with beautiful views . Complex is secure and safe . If you like a lot of activity near by you will like this property . Homelessness nearby .

Loved it, our only complaint is that there was no air conditioner and two of the fans were broken so we got pretty warm. Would have really loved air conditioning. Other than that, it was a great space and close to lots of great restaurants. Loved the beach access and pool area, too.
