The apartment is situated In the center of Rome, near the Colosseum and at corner of the basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore
The apartment is situated at 4° floor, with elevator. The flat is great 65mq with a beautiful Balcony of 5mq, here there is a table with a chairs where you can enjoy the panorama of the city and get a glimpse of the magnificent Basilica of St. John in Lateran!
There is a parquet in all the flat. Here can leave comfortable 5 persons.
There is a luminous living room with an elegant table with chairs, one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed very comfortable and stylish, a large SMART TV and an efficient A/C; in the bedroom there is a new King size bed, a big closet and a large window.
Also there is a big and fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, ecc.
The bathroom is new, very clean and elegant, with hairdryer, shower and new washing machine.
The apartment is Unlimited Wi-Fi!
The price including 'WELCOME SUPLLY': table salt, cooking salt, sugar, italian coffee, american coffè, thè, extra- virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, soap for wash up, soap for hands, toilet roll!

The flat is clean and the balcony is a huge plus! Location is convenient walking distance to the colosseum, there’s a nearby supermarket, Termini and local metro is close, Roma termini terminal is walking distance about 10-15mins as long as you know the street easy to find if you use a google map. The flat is surprisingly large offering ample square feet/meters.

I traveled with my wife and two daughters to Rome. The location description and Daniela was great. She went out of her way to book a transfer from the airport to her flat. I would highly recommend.

Easy to get to from train terminal; about 10 mins & 10-12 euros. And a good location strategically for accessing historic center of Rome but a bit of a walk. Taxis worked well from the property location.
Daniela was a gracious hostess although we never met in person. She can open the street door and then the apartment door remotely upon your arrival. She always responded to my messages.
It is a large area apartment, but the room layouts make it a little awkward to get around. Bedroom is small - no room for luggage, so left it in living area. Bed was comfortable; probably most comfortable of the 4 apartments we rented this trip in various cities. Bathroom reasonably sized for these type apartments. Kitchen appliances & utensils functional but well used, as is case for apartment in general.

Although the listing is for a 2 bedroom, it is not a 2 bedroom. Rather it is a one bedroom with a living area with a couch that does not pull out and is not separated from the common areas. The unit is on the 4th floor. Although the lift/elevator worked when we got there, it broke on our last night. Although there were some issues, the location was excellent and very reasonably priced.
