Beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage that sleeps 6 with serene fenced yard ready for weekly or monthly rentals. Renovated kitchen for entertaining, BBQ area, private tropical fenced yard. Large screened comfortable lanai to relax and unwind. Well appointed interior comes complete with flat screen TV's, wifi, washer/dryer, dedicated parking. Master bedroom features queen accommodations, Guest room offers twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa accommodates 2 additional guests. Freshly painted, new furnishings. Great location for family, pet friendly (2 pet maximum) with owner approval and pet fee.

Quiet neighborhood. Amazing beach house rental! Fully stocked with everything needed - towels, linens, kitchenware, beach wagon, beach chairs, bikes, beach umbrellas, games, stroller, pack&play. Both an indoor AND an outdoor shower!! Huge lanai with a large barbecue. Patio tables outside and inside the lanai. Great bedrooms! Suitable for couples, friends, families! (Would be helpful to have written directions for operation of the 2 TVs.). Close to the beach AND to Siesta Village.

This house is in a great location - very close to the beach, and very close to the village. It doesn't have a beach view, but is a very close walk. The rooms were clean and well maintained. It was better looking than we expected. It had a nice lanai, and a shed with stuff for the beach. My family and I had a great time, and would absolutely stay there again.

My expectations were high and this property far exceeded them. It was comfortable, accommodating, filled with everything you need and decorated very tastefully! The location topped it off being a few minutes walk to the beach and to the Village. We'll stay here every time we venture to Siesta Key!!

It had been several years since we have been able to break away and have a family vacation. This one did not disappoint. The house, the beach and the village were just what we needed! Would definitely stay here again!!
