Nestled in Long Beach, this lovely condo for $163 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to Twin Palms 1002 Our condo is a two-bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Sometimes it seems like there close enough to touch. Our condo is decorated for maximum comfort in a nautical color theme. We also wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. In other words, make this a home away from home. For us and our guests. I needed a very calm and relaxing vacation and it was. The condo was very nice and clean. Very comfortable, almost like home. We enjoyed our stay very much and I will be looking into booking this condo again in the future. Thank you for giving us a perfect vacation!!

The view is everything, we could literally spend days on the balcony.
This place has everything you need.
This condo could easily accomodate 8 people to sleep. Lots of room, clean and well decorated place.
The only thing that needs attention is master bedroom's door. It doesn't lock, so had to be carefull to avoid embarrassing moments.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. The floor plan had plenty of room, and everything from the dishes to the rooms were very clean. They even provided a fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser so we did not have to purchase plastic water bottles during our stay. The balcony was huge and had a great view of the ocean. It was a very short distance to the beach, which made it easy when carrying our beach supplies. The parking garage is right below the condos which was also convenient to get in and out. The elevators were super speedy. The pool and hot tub were both clean and nice. The rooms also had plenty of storage places for clothing and bathroom supplies. The sizes of the room were perfect, the cleanliness of the furniture was pleasing, and the condo even provides books and board games for their guests. Walking distance to Pineapple Willy’s, and it also had several other restaurants across the street. The shower heads also had great pressure. Overall, we have stayed in many places all along PCB shores, and this has been our favorite so far. It truly had a “home” feel. Thank ya’ll for sharing your home with us. We will be back!

The condo was super clean. We had everything we needed. I have rented a lot of condos in PCB but this one went above and beyond in attention to details. The condo was stocked with nice dishes and every utensil an appliance you would ever need. Little touches like a really nice library were nice too. Great overall experience.
The only issue we had was no fault of the condo. We were unaware that chair rentals on the beach were $40. We would have brought some chairs if we had known. There was also a lot of noise from repairs of other condos going on and from the sprinkler repairs in the garage.
Again, this had nothing to do with the condo itself and we would rent again. Had a great time! Thanks

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The view from the huge 10th floor balcony was dreamy. The outside closet had all we needed for the beach which was very easy to get to. A great stay!!!

From booking to checkout this rental has been a fantastic choice. Questions were answered promptly. Space was clean and there was plenty of room. Beach access was amazing and pool design was awesome. We will plan on returning to this rental in the future. Thanks to our great hosts!!

Beautiful
The condo was perfect! We had everything we needed. The view was spectacular! I was perfectly content to stay on the balcony for almost our entire stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Great property. We found multiple chairs for the property as well that was very nice for the beach along with a wagon to tote them on the beach. The only thing that was bad was the masters tub was clogged pretty bad and the canopy for the beach that was left in the property was broken when we went to put it up, but nothing that would prevent us from staying there again. 😊

Worst maintenance and security
First let me say we’ve enjoyed twin palms for years. This year was terrible. First I had several maintenance issues including flooding and a broken washing machine. It took maintenance an ent day to even respond. Then the most important warning I have to families with girls/women in their party!!! Beware of male staff. My daughter was sexually assaulted verbally by a worker as well as some other females in the condominium. And when reported to management nothing was done. When you go on vacation you expect to feel safe where you are staying. This guy took my daughter’s security away from her and she was scared the rest of the trip. After years of staying at twin palms sadly we will not be back

Not wearing your brackets at all times . Also the parking was awful. I have a problem with keeping a tag in my car advertising where I am staying we’re ever I go. And when they can’t see or find your parking pass and then giving you a ticket.

The condo was wonderful!! The Devore was very fresh and tasteful. We had plenty of room. There was a little bit of noise from neighbors, but that’s condo life. We were close to everything. But the absolute best parts of the stay was the large balcony and the amazing beach!!! I loved it and I would stay again!

The location of the building and beach view were great and the condo itself was nice. We asked to check in early but were advised twice that the Inspector was still inspecting the property and to call back (which we did at least twice).
However, we had issues with the condo unit as soon as we checked in. In the front bathroom on the wall just over the shower, there was a bubble full of liquid indicating a water leak (which obviously would have been noticed if the Inspector had in fact inspected the unit or a cleaning crew had been there prior to our check-in). There was also wet carpet in the master bedroom closet and floor. The on-site property manager indicated that water leaks seemed to be a common occurrence (which the leak during our stay was from a unit 2 floors above us).
During our entire stay we had to put up with 2 very noisy fans and a dehumidifier to dry everything out. Along with numerous phone calls and texts as soon as we arrived to the time we left, this disrupted our vacation having to continually deal with everything. We had to come up with a solution to remain in the condo as Tiffany from Best Beach Getaways only wanted to offer other properties to move to which were not comparable with what we had rented and paid for (i.e., close to the public beach, having bunk beds, etc.). We were getting frustrated with the less than standard options she provided (again, not comparable to what we had rented and paid for), and her option was to immediately refund our money and kick us out of the condo with nowhere else to go.
To say we were disappointed by the inactions of Best Beach Getaways is an understatement. What a shame that the owner of the condo has to have them as their representative when it is clear Best Beach Getaways does not conduct itself as a goodwill ambassador for the owner. It is a sham to list Tiffany from Best Beach Getaways as a top hostess because that is a total lie. Best Beach Getaways treated us like we had caused the leak and NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED FOR BEING INCONVENIENCED or thanked us for being understanding considering the circumstances. It is crystal clear that Tiffany and Best Beach Getaways only care about the money they are making. RENTERS BEWARE!

Best Beach Getaways should not be listed on VRBO as a top hostess

I was pleasantly surprised by the updates made to it after the pictures were taken for the Brno listing. The kitchen now has a beautiful tile backsplash. The living room furniture was new and the unit was freshly painted. It was clean and nicely maintained. I would recommend Best Beach Getaways to anyone.
The view to the ocean was gorgeous. The property amenities were wonderful. There was never more than a minute wait for the elevator. Parking was ample. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place. I will definitely book this property again!

We picked this condo because we love the building & location. We were even more excited when we got into the condo because it was so clean and beautifully decorated. So clean and comfy!
We picked this condo because we love the building & location. We were even more excited when we got into the condo because it was so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we could hope for cooking and the appliances were updated. The condo is spacious and both bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. My only recommendation is that the couches need to be updated. They were a little worn out, but nothing that would stop us from staying there again. It was truly a beautiful condo.
