About this house rental
Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely house for $631 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This nostalgic beachfront home overlooks the white sugar sand beach of the Emerald Coast. With interior views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms, you are in for a treat! Private parking is right in front of the house, and you can enjoy one level throughout. If you have a large party, a 1 bedroom cottage is available on the same lot. **Note** The cottage is a separate listing and must be booked separately. You can find it at this link. https://www.vrbo.com/1238397 Both bedrooms have gorgeous views of the ocean with a sliding glass door entrance to the back deck. The fully furnished kitchen is complete with granite countertops and all upgraded stainless steel appliances. The master bathroom includes a decorative tile shower with upgraded cabinets. Porcelain tile flooring is installed throughout the home for easy cleanup. The laundry room is equipped with a full washer and dryer. Parking is available for up to 3 cars or 3 SUVs (max) and there are no stairs or elevators to deal with. This property is not across the street from the beach, you are literally on the beach. This is good ole' Jimmy Buffet-style beachfront living at its best! For convenience, a keyless entry system is installed with private codes for each guest. The lock pad includes a 30 second auto lock system to ensure security while you're away. Cable tv and wireless internet are provided throughout the house. Download your favorite Kindle book or finish some work on your laptop as you sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy a sunset on the balcony as you watch your children build a sandcastle right in front of you. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the ocean breeze, or take a short trip to enjoy the amusement parks, nightlife, fishing, and shopping that is available in Panama City Beach. Grocery stores and drug stores are conveniently located within a short distance from this house. St. Andrew's state park is a couple of blocks by bicycle or car, or you can enter from the beachside as you take an evening stroll. Whatever you are looking for, this home has it all. There is a custom gas grill on the deck for cooking out. It is conveniently located between the 2 bedroom house and the 1 bedroom cottage. This grill is free to use for the guests of Aqua-Holic beach house and Aqua-Holic cottage. It is the responsibility of the guest to make sure that the grill is properly attended to and turned off and cleaned after use. Security cameras have been installed on the exterior of the property. They are running live feed on the front deck and the back deck. This is our second stay at this property, and I expect we will continue to stay here for our trips. I love the location of the property due to the convenience to the beach, the back porch overlooking the beach, the proximity to restaurants without the noise, hassle and crowding of west PCB. This is our favorite place to stay in PCB.

This is our second time staying at this home and it was even better than the first time. The weather was perfect, and the house continues to be a great fit for our family. You can't beat the location and we love the house too. It's kinda like a throwback to another era, but with all the modern niceties you need. And you can walk to some restaurants and shops too. But mostly, we love this house just to spend a few days at the beach!

This is an amazing house. The view couldn’t be better. This house made lots of great memories for my daughter and her 2 friends for their high school senior year. We couldn’t complain about one thing if we tried. Book this today you won’t be disappointed

This is an amazing, magical place, with a very positive vacation vibe that you will immidiately feel. Flowless checkin and checkout, great host. Can't think of any disadvantages except maybe the fact that time flies by so fast when you stay at this place. Highly recommended....

We had a wonderful stay in the “Aqua-Holics” house. For a small family, or just the two of you, it is very nice. It’s right on the beach, sitting on the back porch was a perfect place to rest. There were towels enough for a few days and kitchen seemed to have most of what is needed. We will stay there again if we go back!

Beautiful Views
Aqua-Holic is as advertised. It is located right on the beach with a wonderful deck to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The bedrooms have ocean views also. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes if you actually want to cook. We liked that there was a key code for the door and the neighborhood was quite while we were there. This was the first real vacation that we have had in many years and we could not have chosen a better place.

Beautiful views
This beach house is excellent and the view from the deck was beautiful! . We took our two young boys ages 3 and 2 to the beach. The convenience of staying literally steps from the water was amazing. We were able to go down relax on the beach while the boys napped without worry about them in a high rise. We saw dolphins from the deck in the morning while sipping on coffee. The house was very clean and well stocked. Only minutes away from restaurants and seafood markets. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Short vacation
We enjoyed this property. It was great being directly in the beach. There's enough restaurants nearby, but we were also far from the crowds. Will definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed
My daughter and I had this property rented in August of 2021. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of my control, I had to return to Oregon for an emergency and had to reschedule this beach property for later in the year. Julie was very understanding and helpful during the process. We selected different dates in November. We were still able to sit on the couch and enjoy the waves, fewer people, and local eateries. This property is further away from all of the busy hustle and bustle of the condos to the west. However, there were several restaurants nearby if you wanted to walk a little. The weather was great. We saw a pod of dolphins literally 100 yards off the back porch. Sunsets were beautiful. I am a coffee snob so I cannot speak to any of Julie's equipment because I brought my own, but she had a keurig and small coffee pot available for use.

It had its quirks and the layout was funny but it had everything we needed, the location was fabulous, and the owner was super responsive. The beach was not too crowded, even with the proximity to the public access and it being a holiday weekend. You are paying to be “right on” the beach, which is super convenient. Note that it is a public beach—wasnt an issue except we had someone laying up under the house one day whom I asked to move, as I just didn’t like the idea of a stranger laying under house. However, this has nothing to do with my rating of this property. The porch was in order, but the inside of the house was not clean. As a frequent traveler, I tend to do “extra” cleaning upon arrival, and I immediately noticed the bed sheets in master bedroom. They were covered in hair…I can understand how a hair or two can transfer after washing, but there were lots of hairs (long and short), all the way down to foot of bedsheets, and sheets were wrinkled (obviously not washed). You could tell the house has not been dusted in quite some time as dust was caked on TVs, behind TVs, ceiling fans, air vents, etc. We all stayed sick the entire time. We had one used roll of toilet paper left for us and none other (usually, anywhere I have stayed has one unused roll of toilet paper to start with). When looking for a cookie sheet the next morning, we pulled out a cookie sheet in oven drawer that had left over cinnamon roll icing on it.
As soon as I noticed the bedsheets and noticeable dust (it was apparent to all of us, so Not just me being “picky”), I contacted owner. She did reply, and offered to have the maid return which I appreciate, but by that time, I had remedied the problem. I did end up calling to get clarification as I received a text stating that they would “appreciate us going ahead and checking out,” even though I was SUPER polite about the state of the house. I decided to call and get clarification of what that text actually meant because I think I know. Husband answered the phone number I was provided and was polite. Before booking this place, I was hesitant because I read all reviews. One review had mentioned the bedsheets not being washed, and even rated the house positively…not a negative review at all, but informing owner of the bedsheets. But, the review was not met with kindness by owner, and the reviewer was even “scolded”. It’s not a good thing when owners can’t take constructive criticism about their properties—I don’t care how many properties one may have. It’s not personal. You learn, grow, and get better—that is, if you care. I was put off that there was no “follow up” or “has everything else been smooth?” check in after that initial shock of the state of the house.

Great Beachfront Property
This property is great for anyone looking for the convenience of being directly on the beach. There is easy access to the beach from the front door of this house - no hassle of condo building elevators (perfect for kids who need potty or a/c breaks). Parking is also right outside the front door, so it's very quick easy to unload all the luggage/groceries. The views of the ocean from every room in the house are spectacular all day long, and watching the sun setting over the ocean while we were sitting on that back deck was the perfect way to end a long day on the beach. House was very clean and so were the sheets/towels. There are plenty of places nearby to buy cheap beach towels and beach toys, so no need to take up space packing those things. There's also a few good restaurants within walking distance - super easy for getting takeout.

Incredible location. Well equipped. Description doesn't do it justice. Plenty of cookware and condiments. Lots of beach toys ,floats and chairs. Breath taking sunsets. Location is within a mile of some absolute top notch seafood restaurants. . Thanks again for allowing us to stay in beach front house.
