Une chambre à l’étage à la rigueur !

La situation proche du lac et des restaurants. Parking gratuit juste devant.

Les chambres à l’étage ont effectivement vue sur le lac, mais étant au rez-de-chaussée, je n’avais aucune vue sur le lac! et les gens qui passent devant la chambre ont vue sur nous donc obligé de laisser les rideaux toujours fermés et d’être dans le noir ! Eau chaude mais un débit juste suffisant ! Pas de service de petit déjeuner, aucun rangement juste une petite table dans une chambre avec deux lits donc très peu d’espace. Insonorisation catastrophique : nous avons passé deux nuits blanches à cause des voisins de chambre qui parlaient et d’un bébé au-dessus qui a pleuré toutes les nuits… Aucun ménage fait pendant trois jours, même pas pour vider la poubelle des wc. Affichages répressifs partout dans la chambre (voir photos)

Nos sentimos cómodos, pero la habitación muy caliente y se tenía que usar el ventilador 24 horas.

No me dieron factura, la habitación muy caliente y tenía un ventilador, sin el ventilador se sentía muy caliente, en el lavamanos se fugaba el agua.

It’s managed more like a backpack hostel reception not always available, no place hange or put clothes or luggage, no hand towel or hooks, BIG steep step to bathroom, only accept cash

3 nachten verbleven, kamer werd niet schoongemaakt. Niet hygiënisch daar het gebruikte toiletpapier in een open prullenbak ligt. Warme douche had een minimale straal

Lo primero de todo me hicieron pagar con tarjeta y posteriormente me lo devolvieron y me cobraron más mediante booking, lo cual estoy tratando de solucionar. Además las sábanas olían regular. Y por último, en el pueblo se va la luz cada día y ellos no encendían el generador (todos los hoteles lo tienen allí) hasta que no se lo podíamos repetidas veces. Había que ducharse por tanto con agua fría.

Location and the price

Structure of the property influences heavily on comfort. There was a long corridor in front of the rooms where ppl sit relax and talk. Depending on your neighbours, it can be very noisy.

The cleanest hotel in Guetamala. Beautiful designed. Nice staff.

If you want a room service you have to ask for it each day. Except that it was a little hot in the room during the day.

Very affordable and comfortable accommodation in San Pedro La Laguna

Very cheap accommodation, incredibly comfortable bed, quiet, far from the noisy main street in San Pedro. Special mention to the staff. They were incredibly kind. They lent me a charger for my phone at no cost and charged me only half the accommodation because in the end I did not spent the night and checked out at 22h the day before the checkout.

Space is needed in the bathroom to place the stuff, like some shelves. Also a hairdresser would have been nice.

Excellent! Very modern, clean and comfortable. Hot water and smart TV, large comfy bed and lots of natural light. Everything awesome ❤️

Perfect budget option in San Pedro! Excellent value

This hotel should probably be charging double for their rooms, really appreciated the hot shower and it was spotless clean! The location is perfect and the third floor view with a rocking chair was a great touch.

The bed was a little firm for my taste.

It's a little away from the centre of the town so is nice and quiet, the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds, the staff are really friendly and helpful, it's incredibly clean and excellent value!

No place to hang clothes. Only 2 small standing night dressers with a drawer. No AC, however, most facilities in that area don't have AC!

Cheap. Private shower. TV. Friendly staff.

Had to keep curtains shut as large windows onto communal corridor offered no privacy. One bare very bright ceiling bulb was too harsh lighting and gave me a headache.

Clean, new and really comfortable place. Great value for money, we would come back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Adulam - we we’re actually extending it couple of times - it was 5 nights in total. The room is spotless and it’s visible the friendly family running this hotel really puts a lot of care into cleaning and maintaining the property. I liked the terrace, especially the one at the rooftop (even though no one told us about it in the first place). The hotel is located just next to the main street in San Pedro yet it’s quiet and in a nice, spacious corner (which is very uncommon to that city). I’d stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Lake Attitlan.

It would be great to have an access to the kitchen or just the simplest place where you can get hot water to make yourself a tea. Also, the cleaning times were really odd - as far as I understand it was either 8am or 2pm. The first one was too early and for the second one it happened few times no one actually came (with fresh towels).

Shortish walk to embarcadero. The cathedral and the colourful market were also comfortably close but uphill. Stakk extermely friendly and helpful. View from balcony terrific.

very Basic rooms for small budget, dark rooms with no air circulation

good location close to lake in San Pedro, clean room.

rooms are very small and basic and no air condition and very small windows, therefore you have to open the door to get some air. rooms were not cleaned during our stay and we had to ask for new towels.

Well worth the money and highly recommend

Great location, even though it’s a short walk from the boat dock, and near the busy restaurant street it was still nice and quiet. The staff was amazing and helpful. The room. Was large and so clean. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Wifi was out more than it was working and the hot water in the shower was delicate and lacking. But it was good enough.

Very good price for a well located and super clean room

The location is perfect: in the middle of everything but far enough to the loud places. The hotel and the rooms are perfectly clean. And the staff is really nice.

The only thing that might be improved is the fact that the curtains let the exterior light go through.

Great!

Loved it! The CLEANEST place, not only the room but the whole building, inside and outside. It's near everything, also an easy walk from/to the pier but no noise from bars. The building is newish, bathroom is modern. They put a comfy chair just in front of my room where it's perfect to sit to enjoy the morning sun and the lake view. Girls are very friendly and also respect your privacy. Stayed way longer than plannend. Especially for a solo traveller, i don't think there a place with better price-quality value than this one.

Nothing, but for me there are 2 small things that could make the room even better: a bedside lamp and one or two hooks on the wall or door for jackets/vests.

Very good

I wasn’t feeling well and wanted my own space so this place was great because it’s private, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. it was really close to town which made it convenient. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, even with my limited spanish. The check-out times on booking are inaccurate and the posted time is 11am which gives you some extra time to relax if you need it.

there’s no ac or fan in the room and you can’t open the window so it was very hot and stuffy, the staff did explain that this is because it's not normally very warm here in general. Isn't a deal-breaker.

Perfect hotel to explore San Pedro and Lake Atitlan. The hotel is centrally located but quiet with a very nice view from the veranda. The whole property is very clean. The personal was super friendly and helped us a lot.
