Nestled in Desert Ridge, this lovely condo for $217 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Please Use ask owner a question to inquire about your dates Many dates in March/ April / May available with five night minimum stay. This is the large one bedroom master villa.. The Owner price is 40% less than the direct from Marriott price. You get a full one bedroom master suite with a king bed and a living room with a queen size pull-out sofa. My two bedroom ad is 956492 Marriott Canyon Villas is a timeshare resort which shares the amenities of the JW Marriott at Desert Ridge. You get the timeshare family games and activities, and, you get the luxury amenities of a JW Marriott, like two championship golf courses, tennis, spa and the lazy river. They just added pickle ball and a new toddler pool. The one bedroom master villa is perfect for a couple with a king size bed and a private balcony. The unit has a separate living room with a pull-out queen sofa for one or two children. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and coffee maker. . It comes fully equipped dinnerware and flatware for four. There is a dining table and chairs for eight. There is a washer/dryer in every villa. You can pack lighter and throw in a load to wash. I also have reservations for the full two bedroom and two bathroom villa. See VRBO #956492 for the two bedroom and reviews from prior guests. The Marriott Canyon Villas Resort has a large pool complex with waterfalls and shade. A hot-tub and lap pool are next to the main pool. There are activities for the whole family with kids club, salsa making, beer and BBQ night, tie-die. The games areas have bean toss, bocci, shuffleboard, foosball and ping pong. You have access to the JW Marriott with two championship golf courses (Wildfire Faldo and Palmer) and a spa. The JW has bars, restaurants, more pools and a lazy river ( access may be restricted during peak weeks) Take a dip in the magnificent pool at Marriott's Canyon Villas or visit our distinguished neighbor, the JW Marriott® Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, for a hot-stone massage. Or tee it up for an energizing round of golf at Wildfire Golf. The choices and pleasures are all yours. While the surrounding landscape reveals an eclectic showcase of Mother Nature at her finest, our resort's proximity to Phoenix and Scottsdale allows for convenient access to a lively arts, entertainment and cultural scene.

The location near Desert Ridge is very convenient to shopping, dining and the interstate. The Canyon Villas provide a lot of both structured and unstructured activities. We will definitely pay a return visit.

It's a lovely place and a great home with all things do you need. Big kitchen. Cozy bedroom. Big TV in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom. You have a lot of pools because you also can use the pools from the JW Marriott 3 minutes away from the canyon villas. You reach this with a shuttle every 30 minutes. This shuttle drive you also to the Desert Ridge Marketplace every 45 minutes. You have restaurants in the JW Marriott you can go there for a breakfast buffet or to the stone grill for lunch or dinner. The best thing is the lazy River you need therefore a big tub they are lying at the pool. We find this year the jackpot we came back. Christine and Franz

The Villas at Desert Ridge were extremely clean, spacious, and supplied with everything we needed. The property was beautiful, perfectly maintained, and provided a variety of activities for all ages. It is a very family-friendly resort with planned activities everyday. We played pickleball, basketball, ping pong, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and enjoyed hours in the pool! The kids loved the new splash pad, as well. There was plenty of shade available to get out of the sun throughout the resort. Our favorite activity was going to the Lazy River at the JW Marriott! The resort provided free shuttle service to and from the Marriott, as well as the shopping center nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The full kitchen was awesome, and we grilled in the courtyard almost every night. We also used the firepits each evening. The resort continues to add trending amenities and facility improvements to the property. The washer and dryer in the villas were also a huge bonus! We had a one bedroom for three adults and our daughters stayed in a two bedroom that comfortably handled four adults and three children. The Marriott arranged for both villas in the same building, and combined three reservations for us, and two reservations for our daughters, so that we all could remain in the same units. Everything was reserved perfectly when I called to confirm our stay in advance and when we arrived. I highly recommend the Villas at Desert Ridge, and hope to return for another memorable stay. The only thing that we needed was more time! This was the best vacation ever for our family!

Resort is perfect for anyone looking to relax in a clean and convenient resort. We had a young kid and both pools are perfectly designed for our family. I highly recommend this resort.
