About this condo rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely condo for $225 per night is a great option for your next trip. We recently purchased this 2 bedroom, two full bath unit to use as a family or couples get away. Girls weekend is also a popular choice! This place is amazing! A first-rate contractor was hired who did an excellent job of making this a PREMIER condo at Bay Point. The unit includes high quality carpet in both bedrooms with solid bamboo flooring in the living/dining area. The entire condo has been re-trimmed and beautiful wainscoting was installed in the entry and foyer as well as crown molding throughout. All appliances and light fixtures have been replaced and are modern and new. There are flat screen TVs in both bedrooms as well as in the living room equipped with Roku technology to access all your favorite programs. A gorgeous leather sectional can be found in the living room area and may be slept on by one adult or two small children. You will love the local art work hanging on every wall, including "photo-on-canvas," a heavy oil painting over the dining room table, and a "redfish on wood" made out of bottle caps. An artist from Sarasota Fl. designed and custom built an impressive dinette set that also serves as a wine storage cabinet . ... feel free to enjoy a bottle on us! Both bedrooms include high high-end mattresses (a king in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom) as well as very comfortable linens, towels and pillows. Custom made rugs add a special touch to our unit. The Master bedroom includes a fabulous porch/balcony overlooking the huge lagoon pool and the gorgeous Bay. Believe me, you will be spending a lot of time out there...the view is outstanding! Our family has a history of being in the Florida restaurant business and we know what's needed in the kitchen. Here you will find a Keurig and regular coffee maker as well as all the right pots and pans and key spices. There is also washer and dryer in the unit. The property grounds and amenities cannot be overstated. We are surrounded by a top rated golf course that includes areas for bike riding or perhaps just a leisurely stroll. The Bay itself offers many opportunities for fun, including pontoons, fishing, kayaking and jet skis. Our favorite: sitting on the gorgeous boardwalk watching the sun set while boats come in off the Gulf. The Lagoon pool at our property is enormous and the area features a hot tub, a separate heated pool(in season) , tables abd cabanas, an outdoor kitchen with two grills and a Fire Pit. Be sure to take advantage of The Serenity Spa services including morning yoga classes located on the 1st floor directly below our unit.. If your desire is to truly unwind and enjoy unique recreational opportunities, this is the place for you! We cherish our time at this luxurious unit and would love to have you as our guest!

My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Relections-Grand Lagoon. The owners Mike & Laura were lovely and our communication with them upon arrival & leaving were effortless. It was our first time in PCB. The condo was beautifully decorated & on the 2nd floor. We loved the porch looking over the pool & bay. The heated part of the pool could have been warmer but we enjoyed the hot spa! We found some great breakfast & dinner places close by or within 15 min. We usually skipped lunch. Played some mini golf, toured PCB and shopped at the Pier. It was nice to have a lot living space with a master bedroom & another bedroom for my son. Everything you need is at the condo! 5 star accommodation for sure! Thanks Laura & Mike!!

This property has it all. Easy access to the pool, a near by beach, restaurants, and a grocery store. The condo is smart and lovely and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked as promised. We had no issues with any appliances and the beds were very plush. Our hosts were very responsive and gave us local information was was very helpful. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this property!

The pictures doesn't do it justice. My family and I have stayed numerous of times at Reflections. This unit was the best hands down. The unit was very clean with great decor. The beds were very comfortable. Info of local restaurants with things to do in the area was all displayed in a binder the owners created. We are definitely looking forward to staying again. July weekend trip with my husband and daughter. Nice clean, spacious condo with many helpful items in the kitchen. Our family enjoyed the large pool and hot tub. Husband and I enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the balcony.

We had a great experience during our stay from the moment we began the booking process, all the way through the time we checked out. The condo was very clean and welcoming when we arrived and the hosts were incredibly hospitable.
We had a great view of the bay from the back deck overlooking the pool, which was a perfect spot to unwind. The condo was well equipped and the hosts even left a few pool/beach toys in the closet, which came in handy for our 6 year old daughter!
Overall, the place was amazing, and we would definitely stay there again in the future.

Clean, beautifully decorated unit! Great communications from the hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our week, especially the pools and boardwalk at the resort. We also loved visiting the nearby beaches and the state park. Lots of fun things to do in the area.

This was the best property we have stayed at in the last 10 years. We had one minor issue that was resolved by the owners within 1 hour of it being reported. The views are great and I could watch my older child swim while on the porch. We will definitely visit this property again soon.

It has a beautiful porch which is such a plus because we were there to relax & rest. It was off season so it was pretty quiet. The porch overlooks the pool area & the Bay. The bed is comfortable in the master bedroom, the master shower is spacious & nice. The kitchen well equipped. Everything was very clean. Check in & out was easy. Mike & Laura were great Hosts. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

This condo was extremely nice; very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable (beds and living room seating). The entire stay was a true vacation getaway with no worries. The owners are very communicative and have EVERYTHING you need, especially in the kitchen. I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else. The place is phenomenal, we plan to go back!

We have stayed at Reflections at least 1 week for the last 10 years. All the condos we have stayed at are very nice. I would put this one at the top. Condo had everything you needed for the stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony were fantastic overlooking the pool on out to St. Andrews bay. The communication with Laura and Mike through the process was perfect.

We are already homesick for what was home away from home. The condo was immaculate! It is spacious, well laid out, and offered privacy I was not expecting. The pool area is also meticulously maintained.

From the outstanding communication of the owners (pre-trip, check-in and check out) to a perfect location and wonderful condo, we could not have asked for more. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The balcony and the view; WOW! It is one in a million. The location too was ideal to stay at the condo or take a short 10 minute drive to explore. We will absolutely be back!

I grew up in PCB and was coming back to visit my family who has a house in Bay Point. It was so convenient and lovely to have Mike's condo to go back to every night. And my nieces were able to come over during the day and use the heated pool! He had everything we could ever need to be comfortable in the condo and everything was so clean! Def will be coming back!!!

The entire experience was so easy and wonderful. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this place. The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The condo was absolutely spotless. Even when we weren’t out and about, sitting in the outdoor space was so relaxing. I fell asleep out there several times listening to the babbling pool. The elevators are also lightening fast. Never even had to wait a minute. Finally, and what made the trip so easy, was that the owners were easy to get in touch with if you had any questions.

This condo is gorgeous, spotless, homey, cozy but also plenty of space for the 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 kids (10,7,4). It had everything we needed for the beach (beach towels/sand toys/beach chairs/beach umbrella/pool bag/boogie boards/etc). The condo pool is amazing, has cabanas for shade, nice lounge chairs, and two zero-depth entry access areas. We will stay in this condo again for sure! Mike and Laura are great!

My family and I came in for the Grand Slam Sports World Series tournament. This condo was in a great location to get to the PCB sports complex during a busy holiday week in PCB. The traffic is much better coming from this side of town compared to the condos on the beach. Mike and Laura were great to work with! The condo had so many little added touches that did not go unnoticed...Pool toys/floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, chocolates (which my boys loved), coloring book/ crayons and cards, and the kitchen had everything we needed! The condo overlooks the pool and has a great view of the bay. The pool is awesome and has two gas grills that we used to grill steaks and burgers. This condo is on the 2nd floor directly above serenity spa. They offer group fitness classes and I did a session with Mimi, which was great. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to PCB!!

We loved our stay at this Reflections condo property. Since, PCB was extremely busy this time of year, it was nice to be away from the crowds in this beautiful resort property. The condo was much larger than other condos we have stayed at on the beach. It was also very professionally decorated. All the amenities you need, and a beautifully decorated large covered balcony. Only on the second floor, so very easy to access. The owners are very nice, and even allow you to choose a bottle of wine to share during your stay. It can accommodate six people using the very comfortable leather sectional couch in the living room. It is not a sleeper sofa, but is very nice and comfy for sleeping.
