Big disappointment – complicated check-in with three different payment lines, terrible access with s

With some time to reflect, I have to say our stay at this hotel was a very bad experience. Check-in: Already at arrival we faced issues – payments had to be made through three different systems, nothing is connected, which was extremely annoying and time-consuming. Arrival & access: From the parking lot you have to climb three sets of stairs before reaching the elevator. With a double stroller for twins, this was an absolutely terrible experience. Apartment: The apartment clearly showed heavy use and felt worn out. Safety: The worst part was the hazardous wooden terrace area – broken boards with rusty nails sticking out. I even took pictures as proof. Overall, the stay was a major disappointment. I definitely do not recommend this apartment and would honestly like to get part of my money back.

- The location is just perfect to start your trail to Snezka! - The views are just awesome! - Comfortable apartments with everything you need to stay for several days - There is a Coffee maker!

- It's not that easy to find a garage #3 & the key locker for the first time - Quite far from the center of the town - The dishwasher didn't work

Nice place. Good location for a mountain hiking, but little bit far from the city center. Clear explanation of apartment use and all passwords were provided.

The web site of facility described where the garbage cans, but no extra garbage bags for a long term stay for a family. The same for dishwasher tablets. We stayed with a 13 month baby, and I asked for a baby bed and a high chair - all were provided, appreciate for this, but for extra fee. We stayed in a several places before, and all provided it for free. So, I may do a conclusion that a little ones are not expected here ))

"It was very clean, furnished with everything for cooking. Very cosy small facility. We felt like at home. It is very close to the lifts, even you could see the cabins from the windows of the room."

Bogato wyposażony apartament. Kuchnia posiada praktycznie wszystko co jest potrzebne tj. ekspres przelewowy, zmywarka, garnki, tostery, jednym słowem - można mieszkać i funkcjonować jak w domu.

Komunikacja, winda,

Brak podstawowego wyposażenia kuchni np. miska na sałatkę, tylko jedna miseczka, mała ilość wyposażenia, nie działający przycisk kuchenki „plus”, tylko dwie kostki do zmywarki na pięć dni, akustyka pomieszczeń bardzo słaba, słychać rozmowy sąsiadów, duża żółta plama na sofie, brak pralki.
