The accommodation was clean, spacious and very comfortable, making it a lovely place to stay. It was located in a particularly quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by plenty of greenery, which created a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the private park, which added to the charm and uniqueness of the place and made the surroundings feel even more special. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we really appreciated the peaceful location and beautiful environment.
The property would benefit from some general maintenance. For example, there was a broken hook in the bathroom, and the shower hose was leaking. Additionally, the photos on the website appear to have been taken when the property was brand new, so the flat looks slightly different now compared with what is shown online.

Apartament ma świetną lokalizację – wszędzie można dojść pieszo: zarówno do centrum Karpacza, na szlaki, jak i w stronę Górnego Karpacza. To ogromny atut. Sam apartament jest bardzo przestronny, nowoczesny i świetnie wyposażony - niczego nam nie brakowało podczas pobytu. Dużym plusem była również podgrzewana podłoga, która znacząco podnosiła komfort.
Niestety pobyt rozpoczął się w bardzo nieprzyjemny sposób. Zameldowanie było możliwe od godziny 16:00, a my przyjechaliśmy około 17:00 - mimo to apartament nie był przygotowany. Po wejściu zastaliśmy niepościelone łóżko, porozrzucane kołdry, widoczne zabrudzenia i czarne włosy. Nie było ani pościeli, ani ręczników. Dopiero po około godzinie zorientowaliśmy się, że pod naszymi drzwiami, na klatce schodowej stoi worek z pościelą i ręcznikami, więc postanowiliśmy samodzielnie przygotować apartament. Jest to sytuacja absolutnie niedopuszczalna i nie powinna mieć miejsca.
Dodatkowo mieszkaliśmy na parterze, co niestety wiązało się z ogromnym hałasem. Każde wejście i wyjście z klatki schodowej było doskonale słyszalne, dzieci biegały od wczesnych godzin porannych, a od około 7:00 sen był praktycznie niemożliwy. Jeśli ktoś szuka ciszy i spokoju, warto wziąć to pod uwagę.
