Great mountain chalet for Karkonosze National Park sightseeing, mini all inclusive rulez!

Mini all-inclusive option was a perfect solution for us. Even it was limited and during specific hours. Quite not in use in that part of Europe. Anyway the breakfast included cold & hot buffet, vegetables & fruits present, juices present, waffle iron present, coffee machine present. What to need more? During breakfast all guests are free to prepare themselves take away lunch - great! Dinner was great and again consist of cold & hot buffet, local wines and beer included. Some low cost stronger alcohols were included as well. Remember to keep an eye on a clock. Everything ordered outside all inclusive hours will be charged during checkout. There was enough space in family room for 5 persons (two separate bedrooms). We were satisfied by the room condition (even the building is quite old already and could be renovated) as well as cleanness. We could also enjoy sauna and jacuzzi (one time is free during stay). Staff was kind and cooperative, despite there were some small communication barriers in English. Zdravím tým Chaty Orlík!

The access road to the facility is a kind of unfunny joke. The last 800 meters are a steep climb, only a single car wide. Potholes and gaps caused us to bump our undercarriage every time. I understand that it is probably impossible to pave the Karkonosze National Park, but improving current road surface should be within your reach. The parking lot underneath the facility can accommodate maybe 8 cars (always occupied). Although the facility staff were helpful and polite, communication in English was very limited. Take this as potential for improvement, not a complaint. Zdravím tým Chaty Orlík!

Five days of mindfulness, worth of being there!

Atmosphere of the place was special; beautiful landscape, cozy restaurant with very good unlimited food, very tasty wine, possibility to prepare lunch "box" for your excursions. Rustical rooms equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Wellness access after long walks.. and the possibility to come with the dogs. Friendly and helpful hosts and the staff. Five days of well being! Thank you:-)

Superb

Very authentic and cozy. Really delicious food. Quiet because not in center of town. Very easy access to ski slope and easy from ski slope. WiFi available.

Maybe little small bathroom. But in past rooms did not have a separate bathroom. So better to have a small one. It includes a full size shower.
