This is the third year I have rented the apartment. In my view it is best for location and quality in Puerto Rico. It wo

Love the location and the fact that it is modern apartment with rooftop terrace.

The sofa most definitely needs cleaned. I turned the cushions around to hide the dirt, but for apartment of this quality and price the sofa let’s it down. There was a cabinet in the bathroom which was broken and needs repairing or replacing. Under the bed was not cleaned well before my arrival.

An excellent place to stay, felt very comfortable and safe.

Location, location, location and the design which was lovely and modern. Great staff, very helpful on arrival and good communication during stay.

room walls are a little thin so you can hear people in the adjourning apartment - sadly had some noisy neighbours for a week.

We found heaven on earth here and can’t wait to return 💖

We loved everything from the location to the layout, the balconies, the beach view, the convenience of the location. A beautiful 2 storey property, high quality modern building with air con. Bathroom upstairs and a WC downstairs. Sun loungers out back and on the roof top too. Private seating area out front with table and four chairs with a balcony out front with a table and two chairs. All mod cons including washing machine and dish washer. This property surpassed our expectations and was by far the best self catering property we have ever stayed in. Barbara was the perfect hostess, she was professional and friendly. From booking to arrival and leaving we had the best possible experience. Cannot recommend this place enough. We were notified 24 hours in advance when the cleaners were due to arrive. Fresh sheets and towels and the place cleaned to perfection. Having worked in the tourism industry for 20 years as a cleaner and then management I have a trained eye and could not find fault with this place or the services provided. Even the mattresses were new and we slept sound, even on our first night. Thank you kindly for everything, we will be rebooking this place again for 2024 because it was so amazing.

Brilliant apartments, great location but unfortunately very noisy due to location of road.

The apartment complex is lovely but road noise is quite a issue as they are right on the main and only road into the marina so wagons are going past to fill up boats all the time so didn’t sleep too well.

Amazing villas!

Absolutely stunning villa right on the beachfront. Exceptionally clean with all the necessary inventory. Close to local shops. Ideal location. Ideal villa. Especially enjoyed the private roof top terrace and seperate garden area.

Great location and lovely place. Would highly recommend to families.

Great location, well equipped and nicely furnished place. Air conditioning was in all the rooms and a great help in the heat. The roof terrace was lovely and very private.

to start it was a little difficult because I used a transfer bus to get me there and they had no clue about the location

cleaned well before arrival. well equipped for self catering. good television if it was required. perfect spot next to the promenade and beach. no hills to climb. 2 minutes walk to Spar. right next to restaurants and bars.

no mirrors in bedrooms. a mirror in downstairs toilet and shower room upstairs but mirror above the dressing table in bedrooms is required. I actually bought a mirror and left it there for new tenants. reported a few minor things which needed fixing, eg toilet seat was insecure, cupboard door not closing fully, these were not repaired during my stay although I was told they would be. there was a bad smell from the drains, despite this being fairly new property. we lit a scented candle each night to try and camouflage the smell. tried putting cleaning fluid down the drains but this didn't help. Transfer bus drivers have not a clue where to find the apartment. best if you've stayed there before. you can tell them that its next to the Spar supermarket right down at the beach.

Perfect

Just the best place to stay in Gran Canaia! We travelled around and saw a lot of the island but we could not find a better apartment than this one. The apartment is in front of the Puerto Rico beach. Our kids loved it, which is pretty like a very large swimming pool. The apartment is well equipped, the furniture pretty and new, the beds confortable... all around perfect. We loved it very much and will sure come back.

Apartment just across the road from the beach

Apartment has great location right in front of the beach, beautiful views and free parking place included. The washing machine and dishwasher made our stay even more enjoyable. The friendly staff was attentive and helpful.

During our stay the wifi didn’t worked properly. We needed wifi for work and study. The staff tried to fix it during 2 days, but it didn’t work. On the last day of our stay the wifi disappeared at all, but it was replaced by other wifi, which finally worked very well. So I wonder why it was not done from the first day of our stay? And one more thing, be ready, in case the neighbors are smokers(and our neighbors were very advanced smokers), the smoke will be inside your room even if all the windows and doors are closed.

New Well equipped kitchen ( big fridge, dish washer, etc) Conditioners Terrace and two balconies ( but again the road under the balcony) Onsite parking Location - probably it is the nearest to the beach apartment in Puerto Rico

Not a quiet place, road just near the door. A lot of ants on the terrace. The stairs to the second floor are not safe for small kids. Strange issue with the shower, half of the water flow is hot and half is cold. Two single beds instead of one double bed
