Big rooms,short taxi ride from the hakata station or if you like to walk around12-15min.
My friend suggested if there is ironing board n iron will be great plus😁

Prime location. Prime comfort. Ample space. Low cost. Honestly not much else to say. For what I paid I was expecting a lot worse.
You have functional appliances, air purifier, even an induction cooktop with crockery as well as a big comfy couch right in front of a android TV. The check in was also very easy (after solving issue below) - this is a welcome surprise given the location is unmanned.
Worth mentioning too that I received excellent service from those that I spoke to during check in as well as via the booking app
Probably the most comfy beds you can find at this price - and there is 2 - plan b in case you wet yourself 🤣

Overall excellent value but I do have a few nitpicks...
- there is no dryer and only a couple of coat hangers to hang washing witn. Not ideal considering guests have to wash their own towels in addition to clothes
- no dining table or stools for the bench
- the "bowls" are basically just slightly rounded plates... Do not try to make ramen... I spilt soup all over my favourite jumper so that you don't have to 😭🤣
- the toilet door and the washroom door open into each other and can get in the way if left open
- The balcony has a wonderful view but cannot be used without moving furniture; which would violate the check-in agreement
- booking via booking(dot)com causes an issue with the automated communications containing the building access code. It was a little confusing and could be communicated more clearly to guests; the issue was mentioned to their credit, but not properly explained
