This condo is absolutely lovely. Beachy and nice without being TOO much. Comfortable. Very well stocked. The location can’t be beat. Close to activities in Panama City and close to restaurants on 30A without the traffic of 30A. Sitting on the generous porch was a favorite past time. We have never been as closer to the beach. We’ll be back!

Spacious! Kitchen has SO MANY THINGS!The size and number of excellent coffee mugs cannot be overstated. Beach access is amazing! Porch/balcony/views 10/10- no notes.Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of closet space and drawers.My husband was very impressed with sound system! Living area was so comfortable and plenty of seating for everyone. Dining area was great for meals and board games.It was a wonderful place for our week at PCB.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much this time as before. Thank you for a relaxing escape away. Already miss the view and sound of the waves. David is a great host, if you have any questions or need anything, he is very quick to respond and resolve what you need. I recommend David as a host and Bonita #18 as your next rental. We will definitely be back soon.
