*PLEASE NOTE*: WE DO NOT rent to groups under the age of 25.
**PLEASE NOTE**: WE DO NOT provide Sheets/Pillowcases, Towels (Beach or Bath), paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), or shower products (bath soap, shampoo) but we do provide plenty of blankets and pillows, and we have beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys available for your use (as well as a pack-n-play for your little one)!
There are several local companies that provide linen and towel rentals and we provide their contact information in our General Information Guide upon booking or upon request.
WE DO aim to provide an elevated guest experience with modern, updated properties and amenities, and responsive communication.
In prime season (MDW to LDW) - our weekly rental is typically Sunday to Sunday.
For Mini weeks in the summer, we offer Sunday to Thursday and Thursday to Sunday. We do often make exceptions and if dates are available in VRBO, then they are available to book. Flexible stays in the off season.

Located in the south end of Dewey Beach at 17A Van Dyke St - Park your car upon arrival and you never have to drive again! The home is located on a quiet street and just a few steps away from the beach, the bay and the Rusty Rudder. This thoughtfully furnished 3 level END UNIT townhouse with two Primary Suites (king beds) is the perfect place for your relaxing beach vacation.
With 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths and parking for 3 cars, this townhome is the perfect spot for one or two families (we even provide a pack n play and high chair). It is less than half-block to the beach - you don’t even have to cross a street plus we even provide beach chairs and toys so you don’t have to bring them with you! Had enough of the sand? Enjoy happy hour on the rooftop deck with views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay. Hungry? It’s a quick walk to any of Dewey’s restaurants – Nalu, Gary’s, Rusty Rudder, Lighthouse, Starboard, Dewey Beer Company, and more. A little tired? Then feel free to stay and cook in the well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances or order in and relax on one of the 5 decks including a great screened in porch. Or just hop on the Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth.
Plus Dewey is a great family vacation town. Monday nights during the summer you will find movie night on the beach, a giant movie screen with a different movie playing each week. Bring your beach chairs and enjoy. Wednesday nights are family beach bonfire night, both on Dagsworthy Street.
+ Beach is less than ½ block away. Award winning, gorgeous and clean. No street to cross – very safe for kids. Much less crowded than Rehoboth or Ocean City beaches. Vendor right there rents beach chairs or umbrellas, and sells refreshments.
+ Rehoboth Bay is 1 block away. Fish, boat, rent a jetski, or learn to wind surf.
+ Many restaurants within 1 block walk (Rusty Rudder, Lighthouse, Nalu etc). 5 minute walk gets you just about anywhere in Dewey.
+ Rehoboth restaurants and attractions are 5 minute ride. Jolly Trolley stops on our corner.
+ Want to get away from it all and see the beach in its natural state? Ride your bike just a mile south to Delaware Seashore State Park. Or go north 3 miles to Gordon's Pond.

A wonderful place to stay and terrific location. Easy access to both ocean and bay beaches. Very spacious. The beach chairs and boogie boards were also top-notch! We would definitely rent this again!

If you are looking for an immaculate and spacious house that is just steps from the beach then look no further! Dan was super responsive and made the entire trip seamless with a detailed and thorough welcome packet. The house is everything you would want and more, with plenty of room to sprawl out no matter which floor you are on. Not only is there a beautiful view from the very top deck but the screened in porch was the ideal location for a fun and relaxing family dinner. Clean and updated amenities, pre-stocked items (like toothpaste, soap, etc.) in case you forgot anything, and a prime location make this a house you would want to come back to year after year! Within walking distance to all of the great food that Dewy has to offer (the Dewey Post is right across the street), the location of this house is perfect for those that want to be close to the action of downtown while not being situated right in the middle (makes it feel secluded yet close to everything). Do yourself a favor and check out this gorgeous house if you have a chance, you won’t regret it!
