(excludes holidays) Home has been FULLY RE-DECORATED! Enjoy all the conveniences of Tybee's South Beach right outside your door. 50 yards to the Beach and great views of the Atlantic Ocean from your Top Floor balcony. You never have to drive your car! Arrive, park and enjoy. This professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and open living and dining areas. Take the elevator to the top/3rd floor and let the fun begin in one of Luxury Living Savannah's stellar Ocean View Retreat! The main living area is very open with 2 sitting areas and the dining room, kitchen all open to each other. Dining table seats 6 with 3 bar stools at bar-height counter. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax! The Master Bedroom Suite (king bed) has a private balcony with table and chairs for having a quiet cup of coffee while listening to the ocean waves. Two additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for the family. One of the other bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other room has 2 twin beds. Perfect for families with kids! The building is ONE block back from the beach and you can see in our photos the view is down the lane. We are just a few blocks to the Tybee Pier and an easy walk to so many restaurants, coffee shops and retail therapy! Once reserved, you will receive emails from our booking software called ESCAPIA. Please check your spam/junk folders for all correspondences. TVs: We have all NEW TVs that can stream all the new apps. We do NOT have cable, so please bring your login info for your favorite apps. NOISE: This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music, public drunkenness, or parties of any sort, including NO BACHELORETTE/BACHELOR GROUPS! This is a family oriented building with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined. The City of Tybee Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 7 am. Tybee Island Police and the neighborhood strictly enforces this. The individual violators (not the property owner) can be fined by the City. Maximum occupancy is 6 people at all times, including infants & children. Parking for maximum of 2 vehicles in covered, ground level, garage area. No RVs or trailers allowed. Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, no exceptions. No pets or smoking. Cancellations: If you reserve & cancel AFTER we have processed the reservation, we will NOT refund the credit card processing fee. We use a 3rd party credit card processing company & they do NOT refund these fees to us if a guest cancels. You will also be charged a $50 cancellation fee PLUS the credit card processing fee. This is regardless of VRBO’s policy. STR2021-00212

This property is on the 3rd floor and property owner will not allow ac to be cut down below 70, which the temp in condo will reach near 80 during day. This should have been listed on listing. It makes for a miserable stay when it is hot when you try to sleep.

The description of bed layout was wrong. Stated 3 queens really one room was twins. That listing has been corrected. Pics are accurate for view. Very nice location. Our main complaint was a refridgerator that was leaking water. Property manager was rude and unhelpful. Took 2 bath towels to mop it up first night. After that we kept bath towel on top shelf but felt no attempt was made to address the issue during our stay. All communication with her was snarky, so when we figured out what the issue was we did not bother contacting again. Never an apology or suggestion for help. My recommendation is thst it is a nice property with great location, but if you have a problem you are on your own to deal with it. This should not be a premier host.

Beautiful unit, so close to the beach. Spacious, comfortable. Only downfall would be that the kitchen was not as fully stocked with things that usual rentals are. We cook a lot on vacation.

The balconies of this 3rd floor room really extended our encounter with the natural beauty of the island. With the help of a cardboard tray cut from a discarded box, we managed to put together a 1000 piece puzzle enjoy the outdoors (the angle protects well from the wind). We could enjoy the sunrises from the balcony, or via the very short walk to the beach. While playing games in the evening, we did wish the great room would have better lighting, but over all a fun and relaxing place!

Everything was nice and clean and as described. The only issue we ran into was the big tub would not plug and hold water which was disappointing because the soak tub was one of the reasons we chose this room. Also, the hot water ran out very quickly so we had to space showers. But, overall, a very nice stay

8 ladies came to have a girls weekend bachelorette party! House was clean and location was perfect! And we had plenty of room, Master bedroom bed was so comfortable slept amazing! Would recommend and would love to stay again !

Rental home was Great. Very spacious and loved separate decks. Very clean. One issue shelve in kitchen with plates fell breaking a plate. Piece missing that goes in wall of cabinet wasn't in. We found the piece and placed in the spot it was suppose to be at. Also dishwasher had dirty water inside when Igot ready to cut it on our last day before leaving. I don't use a dishwashers I only discovered it when I had to cut it on before leaving. Everything thing else lovely. Thanks.

We stayed the week in this condo. We were very pleased with the location and the condo. It's close to the beach access, so the walk to the beach was good. It's also close enough to walk to the strip area. The condo was clean and functional. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator broke one day, but there was someone there fixing it within a few hours. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time on Tybee at this location. So close to shops, restaurants, ice cream and the beach. The pavilion and pier were nearby as well. The rooms were well decorated and very comfortable. We'd love to come back!

Condo was 1 building off the ocean, even still with a slight view. Located 1 block from 18th street beach access and probably 5 blocks from the main street with restaurants and bars. Property management was very responsive and helpful.

Excellant Stay
This property was a breeze to rent. We found this property online and we loved it. The rental process was easy and didn't take long at all. The check in was also easy. We really enjoyed staying here and we will most definitely be coming back. Very clean and great location. Cant wait to come back

Elopement weekend
The condo was amazing! Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, and clean. The ad was misleading as it said you did not have to be a certain age to rent but that was not correct when I received the contract. It did not effect me but could be a problem for someone else.
The contract really through me off because it is very lengthy in rules and regulations placed by the owner of the property that they fail to list on their ad. You receive the contract right after booking so with no refunds available this is a trap into following their rules.
I didn’t have issues with the rules as it was my husband, our son, and his parents staying only and we are all very relaxed people. However, some rules such as not being allowed on the balcony past 9 pm would have been nice to know prior to booking. The lady I was in contact with was also very abrupt when I asked her questions. They sent me 2 very lengthy emails with all the details and when I missed some of the instructions in said emails she refused to answer them and told me to read the emails again. Communication was not pleasant but they do give you all the info needed in the emails.
Basically, once you get there everything is wonderful. The booking process is terrible.

House was great, close to the beach, and clean. We had a great time there. Only complaint was there was not ceiling light in the "master" bed room, only lamps.

This condo is not in a good location. You can only see the water by peering to the side on the balcony. One unit was very poor, so we ended up in the unit next store.

The previous people that stayed here smoked and we found cigars everywhere also the online listing said that 1 room had 2 queen beds. That was a lie. The neighbors were loud and obscene with their languge and the door to elevator downstairs was broken. Other than that the location is great its not too far from everything
