Located in Key West, this charming house for $677 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This charming Key West style cottage is just a short walk to a selection of great restaurants, art galleries, and shopping. Catherine House is located only ½ block from the quieter end of Duval Street, and better yet, just three blocks to a beach (Duval & South Streets). The house can comfortably sleep four and offers a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two full baths, and a small pool. There is a washer and dryer located in a shed behind the house. A covered front porch offers a pleasant option for morning coffee or a relaxing evening cocktail. The high ceiling, open style living and dining area has comfortable seating, satellite TV, high speed wireless, a dining table for four and French doors opening to the patio/pool area. The two bedrooms offer adjoining baths, king beds, flat screen TVs, and individually controlled AC. Pleasing tropical interior décor, enhanced with local artwork, creates an inviting ambiance which makes this delightful cottage a comfortable vacation hideaway in a terrific location for all that Key West offers. Parking: There is free parking is along Catherine & Louisa Streets. If you cannot find a space, guest may also park at the Gato Government Building (free) from Mon - Fri after 5pm until 8am, and all day and overnight Saturdays & Sundays. The property was exquisite and the location was perfect! Parking was not an issue and we found a place to park a golf cart on the property which was very convenient. I highly recommend renting this place if you are visiting Key West.

This unit seems smaller in pictures but is a very reasonably sized 2 bdrm home. Everything appeared to be newly renovated and when we arrived there were very fragrant fresh flowers around the house. The beds are very large and comfortable, the bathrooms are very nice and the natural light and number of windows is great. The front porch and back pool area are also very accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this property and I plan to book it again.

This was our first stay in Key West. We did our homework before we came. A perfect cottage just a few steps from Duval Street and two blocks from South Beach. The home is immaculate in all aspects. The rooms, kitchen, back deck and pool are wonderful. The pool was perfect following a warm day at the beach. Sitting on the front porch at night with a cocktail was a joy. Can’t say enough about the place. Would love to stay again in the future 💕😎🏝️🍹

The house was perfect! The pool was small, but four adults fit in it perfectly and had a great time. We were in walking distance to all things include duval street. We were on the quieter part of duval, and it was perfect!

My husband and I took my son and his fiancée to Key West and stayed at the Catherine house. It is a wonderful house. It is very conveniently located a half a block from Duval Street.
We only had a little issue with the air-conditioning the first night we checked in. One of the wall mounted units was frozen up. We just turned it off for a while and it worked the rest of the week. We did report it and they sent someone out- great management company with good communication and after hours phone line they answered quickly. They offered to bring us fans right then late on a Sunday night but since the units in bedrooms worked we declined. Ac was working in morning but appreciated they would have come out right away to keep us happy.
The house is well stocked. The kitchen is very well equipped. The refrigerator is a smaller size but worked fine for 4. The plunge pool was very nice, but it was too warm while we were there to really get that refreshing dip. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to family and friends.
The washer and dryer were out by the pool in a closet so that was a little different but doable. The furniture is cute. There are a couple of rattan chairs, and a wooden sofa. It was hot while we were there, so in the middle of the day we would spend some time watching TV or cooling off, and the furniture just was not comfortable to sit for long periods.

The cottage was perfect for us. It was clean, it had every amenity, it was close to Duval and the location was relatively quiet. We would definitelyu stay again. On the down side-when we arrived the pool pump was screaming loud. It was late so we called the emergency number and within a very short time a maintenance person arrived to turn off the pump. We were told that the bearings likely had gone bad and another pump would need to be replaced. That was Tuesday night. On Thursday I called the office to inquire when the pool woul be fixed and was told that it already had. I said the pump was not running and was told that it was on a timer. On Saturday I called back and said the pump was definitely not running and was told that the pump did not fit and another was. Ring ordered. I complained that because it was not running that there were all kinds of insects and bid poop floating in the pool that the skimmer would normally address. Soon another maintenance person came and manually skimmed the pool. On Monday, a new pump was finally installed so we ended up with 1 day out of 7 with a working pool. Final issue was Tuesday morning a 9:00 a contractor started roping off the roof! Unbelievable noise. When I went out and asked what was going on he was shocked to see renters. He jwas nice enough to sto work until we checked out at 10:00

We enjoyed our stay at Caroline House - the cottage was spacious, very nicely renovated/furnished, and had all the amenities promised. The private backyard with plunge pool and outdoor shower was a nice bonus. The location was excellent, on a quiet street but easy walking access to everything. We look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed staying here. Great house with everything you need in a great location near the southern tip of Duval. Can get anywhere up and down Duval in no more than 10-15 minutes. The house was a perfect fit - great vibe to it, would stay there again.

Great location, super close to Duval street and tons of stores, restaurants and sightseeing. House was great, clean and had all of the amenities for day to day and pots/pans to cook with. A BBQ would be a great addition. Parking a little more challenging during the week but easy on the weekend to park across the street at government office. Would definitely stay again.

518 Catherine was absolutely perfect for our family's stay in Key West. What a luxury to enjoy a gorgeous bungalow in the heart of Old Town. The house is well appointed and expertly decorated. We loved the ability to walk everywhere, but never had an issue parking near by when taking our vehicle out. We loved the plunge pool and used it several times a day, along with the back patio. It was wonderful to have good quality linens on site, along with a full kitchen with everything needed to cook. Our only issue would be the temperature of the showers. The one in the back bedroom went from hot to VERY hot. A light touch on the tap was all that was needed. We'd be thrilled to stay again on a return visit!

The only downside to the home when we were there, was one; the horrible mattresses. Two being the fact that the AC really only worked in one of the 3 rooms of the home. The back master bedroom's AC really didn't work well, with it being 85-90 degrees both weeks that room was not really livable, same being with the kitchen, especially if you tried to cook a meal for guests. it would be in the high 70s to 80s. Other than this the house was wonderful.

Catherine house was amazing. it was perfect for our little get away. we enjoyed sitting by the pool, the house was very clean and decorated so cute and tropical. the location was perfect. Quiet but close to all the action. The rental agency was very accommodating to our needs. we cannot wait to rent Catherine house again on our next trip down. We highly recommend this rental for the perfect vacation in paradise. :)

60th Birthday Get Away
This adorable cottage was the perfect spot for the 4 of us to celebrate our 60th Birthdays! The 2 beautiful bedrooms each with their own gorgeous baths, could not have been more perfect for 2 couples. Catherine House can not be in a more perfect location; just off Duval but still quite and private. Would not stay anywhere else on Key West!
