About this house rental
Nestled in Manzanita, this attractive house for $341 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Relax on the large deck and watch the sunset over Manzanita beach while sipping a beverage, or if you’d prefer to get sand between your toes, it’s just a half-block walk to access seven miles of pristine sandy beach. Our house is unusually well-stocked with a plethora of gear, original artwork, spices and other kitchen supplies not typically found in vacation rentals. Walk or ride a bike to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, wine bar, yoga studio, spa, and retail shops on Laneda Ave. Highlights include: - A short 4-block walk to downtown Manzanita, so no need to drive - Recently renovated bathrooms and decks (propane BBQ) - LCD TVs on each floor plus a library of DVDs, books, puzzles, and games - High speed Wi-Fi with streaming TV services - All three bedrooms have new queen-sized memory foam mattresses Split between 2 floors, the house can comfortably accommodate two families. The main living area is on the 2nd floor. Upstairs is a large open area that encompasses the kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has a large screen Roku HD TV with soundbar and Bluetooth-enabled stereo. There are two comfy sofas including one with a new queen sleeper with gel mattress. The dining area seats eight. The upper floor includes two queen bedrooms plus a full bath with tub/shower. The lower level has one queen bedroom, full bath with stand-up shower and a large family/rec room with sofa sleeper. There is a TV with DVD/VHS player plus plenty of games, puzzles, books and a wood pellet stove to make it cozy. There is a laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer and a second full-size refrigerator. If you have difficulty climbing stairs or navigating uneven floors, this home may not be suitable for some people. In the garage, there are bikes for all ages/sizes, beach chairs, coolers, kites, toys, tennis rackets and games to keep you busy. We also have boogie boards and wet suits for the wave seekers. Please take care of our equipment as if it were your own. Pet policy: Pet considered with prior approval on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet fee as long as they are well behaved, and owners clean up everything left in the backyard or on the beach. This home may not be suitable for guests with pet allergies. Additional considerations include: - Parking in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles - Maximum overnight occupancy: eight people - Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (inside or outdoors) - All rental requests will be reviewed by the Owner - City of Manzanita STR license number MCA665 Please contact owners with any questions.

We were lucky to find this house in Manzanita for a last minute birthday getaway! Beach access is right down the street and the deck provides a view of the ocean and sunsets. We had everything we needed and a lot of space to spread out and just relax. A couple small deferred maintenance things but nothing that interfered with our enjoyment of the property in any way. Erica is a wonderful host and very responsive - thank you for a great birthday! 😁

We were so happy to find that the description of the house matched to what was stated. The location was amazing for us with quick and easy access to the beach and the ability to walk to shops/restaurants. The house had more than enough room for us and the decks were an extra special bonus.

This is our second time renting Erica‘s beautiful beach house at Manzanita. Previously, we stayed with our daughter and two grandchildren.
My husband and I popped in for an impromptu two-night stay and Erica made it happen in a days notice. This rental is less than half a block to the beach. As others have stated, you can see/hear The beach and surf from the second floor front Deck. Everything is immaculate. We will stay again.
Potential renters: we hope you stay with Erica! She’s an attentive, easy-to-work-wirh host; and the individual she has clean does a thorough and expert job.

Just a short walk to the beach and town with two great family/living room areas. Enjoyed the large deck with partial ocean view. Liked the games and toys which our grandkids enjoyed. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay.

This house is a great find. Clean and well-stocked, it was a comfortable spot to enjoy the coast. The open floor plan gives it a spacious feel and windows at the front and rear bring in lots of light. The star of the show is the generously-sized deck at the front of the house. We had plenty of sun and shade, and a partial view of the ocean and the nightly sunset. The location was another plus with the beach and main street just steps away. We’ll definitely be back.

Super close to the beach
It was a great stay, we were just a half a block walk from the beach and less than an 10 min walk to the main business area. We were lucky enough to be there for the Friday Farmers market. Tons of space plus a great patio/deck space in front and back of the house.

Amazing property .
This is our first choice when renting on the Oregon coast . The home is clean , well stocked with all the essentials , roomy and great for families. Just a short 1/2 block walk to the beach. Great house- perfect location
We enjoyed our long weekend stay. Location is perfect. Just 1/2 block to cross the road to the beach. Can see a sliver of the ocean from the giant front deck. Just a few blocks to walk to Laneda. House very week supplied with kitchen items, beach toys and wide variety of bikes you can ride on the beach !! We were great ful to have a place to bring our pup along. Communication with host- excellent. We will be back!!

GREAT location!
The house is within a block of the main Manzanita Beach, with a quiet neighborhood feel… We were there during a ton of rain, so we were at the house a lot… we had a great time, with the house stocked with lots of games to play and the TV and streaming system set up nicely. We had a little problem with the door code at check-in, but Erica was quickly responsive and it was easily sorted out. We did not really use the downstairs, it felt very separate from the upper level, but that might have felt different if we had a larger group (there were only three of us).

Slept like a baby
This house is spacious, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. The beds are so comfortable you do not want to get up in the morning. The large deck gives you a view of the beach and watching the sun set from the deck is a so relaxing. A short 1/2 block walk to the beach and an easy walk to town . Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful location to the beach and town!
It was a wonderful stay with beautiful weather in the middle of September. The house had everything we needed. One down fall was not being able to hook up the game console and the lack of games had we been able to hook it up. I would still highly recommend it! We even got a clear night to see the stars which were breath taking!

Lovely beach house meets all family needs
This charming beach house is very homey but not homely. It is on a quiet street that is both close to the beach (less than 3-minute walk) and city center (about 10-minute walk). Our extended family of five: grandparents, mom, two kids, enjoyed a relaxing stay. The home is clean and has lots of movies, games, puzzles for family fun. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are comfy. The mud room by the back door has a second refrigerator and large size washer and dryer, which is very clean convenient! We appreciated the beach toys, chairs, wagon, boogie boards, bikes, etc., in the garage. The place has all you will need for a great visit.
There is a small ant issue, apparently very recent. But, it is contained in a small area upstairs, and after a quick clean up a couple times a day, not an issue at all.
We highly recommmed this home.
