Good location, good housekeeping staff and manager. Decent and ample Parking facility and the main gate security guys are super helpful. The rooms were good, and the food was not bad.
We arrived in the evening. There was a person at the reception he is not at all fit for the hospitality sector, downright rude and unprofessional and absolutely ignorant. Except that guy everyone else in the hotel was really nice including the manager. Every time we asked something, the same guy was exceptionally rude and never gave a clear answer to any of the queries

Located within 10kms of the Bangalore airport, which is good. The last stretch is a bit empty to drive at night. The room was of decent size and the breakfast was okay. There's a lovely children's park on the side which has a great vibe to it.
The bedsheet was worn off, so it didn't feel good to be sleeping on it. Also, the water temperature couldn't be moderated, it was quite cold so I couldn't take a proper shower.

Staffs and facilities are nice and the restaurant
I like the staff & room service & restaurant, but Didn’t serve the purpose of family stay with children. superior double room but its tiny compared to budget hotels in Bangalore with big spacious room than this for half the price with a separate cot for a child. Here they just provided only a separate mattress and not a duvet for that instead a microfiber blanket. the main bedspread and duvet both are rough clothes(worn out). The duvet had stains in but that probably they don’t expect the customer to look inside its cover.
