Free Wifi You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. The master bedroom is nicely decorated and provides two queen sized beds, with access to the balcony for its stunning views. The second guest room also offers two queen sized beds, plenty of closet space and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom contains two twin beds, making this condo a perfect spot for larger or extended families. Washer and dryer, three televisions, high speed internet and two parking spots are also included. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. We were very satisfied with the management company. We were a late arrival and they made sure we had everything we needed to access the unit. The unit was spacious and the location was everything we wanted. It was mostly clean with the exception of the floors. They were filthy and your feet were black after walking on them. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pots and pans were in bad shape. Not enough silverware. Took at least two cycles to dry your clothes. Washer worked fine. Owners need to make some updates.

We had a great time. Beach Place is a nice place to stay. However, when we went to use the dishes provided, they were dirty, and every dish had to be washed. Beach Place needs 2 pools. More than 15 people in the pool from 12 noon to 4 pm. Couldn't enjoy pool, wall to wall people.

The view from this balcony could not have been better! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was neat and clean, with plenty of room to spread out and store our items. Everything was conveniently located within walking distance. We hope to visit again and make it a tradition!

Location is unbeatable but furniture is very worn, dirty- needs vacuuming under cushions, floor was dirty even though still wet from mopping when we got into the unit. Dryer didn’t dry clothes properly- took hours and multiple cycles. Most towels were threadbare. Knives were very dull, not enough spoons. We tried to book a different unit for next year and Sun Host assured us of a unit then hours later told us they made a mistake and that unit was not available. This happened 3 times. They gave a weak excuse that changes in booking process caused a double booking. Then they cancelled the 3rd time even though we signed a contract and paid a deposit- we decided to walk away and not do business with Sun Host. Very unprofessional way of doing business. We were repeat customers, too.

This is our third time staying at Beach Place (first time in #107). The location can't be beat. Overall the experience was good, however the bathtub in the bathroom off the kitchen was disgusting. I'm sure it was cleaned so it must just be stained but spend a few hundred dollars and have it re-glazed. You're charging $3,000 a week for that unit, the tub should not be black.
My only other complaint would be that the gate leading to the beach was broke and did not lock. This allowed the general public to access the beach from Beach Place parking lot. There were a significant amount of people doing this. I watched many people over the week use the Beach Place outdoor shower, walk through the gate, walk through the parking lot and walk down Gulf Blvd to go to another building they were staying at. This gate should be secured at all times for guest safety.
I don't know the gentleman's name that cleans the pool in the morning but he should be given a raise. This person takes pride in their job. Its very redundant to do the same thing day in and day out but every morning he was there wit a smile on his face doing an impeccable job. Kudos to you Mr. Pool Cleaner Guy.

Balcony and location were the no doubt highlights.. but that's where it ends. Toilets took three times to flush, constantly ran and you really can't spring for barstools for the kitchen counter? The chairs don't quite reach and the one on the far right has a broken leg. Tv stand is on a broken book case? Interior is older, carpet was pretty rough and doesn't make sense in this kind of unit. We vacuumed everyday. Surprised to find very little towels, no beach items available for use and just overall kind of bummed at the state of the condo. Even when we arrived it felt like it was only half cleaned. Dirty water left standing on the kitchen floor? Also why do we have to check in? I thought that process was very annoying I had a hard time finding where the office was. The address given is the wrong location and parking was a nightmare. Someone was in our parking spot and three different spots were given only to be called later to move.

This room is functional but the furnishings and plumbing were well below average. The bathroom fixtures were aged as well as the furniture. The only redeeming area was the kitchen, refrigerator, however there was no cookie sheet, and few pots and pans. Other units in the same building for same price are much nicer.

Carpet is nasty, stained and loose. Furnishings are cheap, old and dirty. Beds are like bricks, linens from the 70s, and multiple maintenance issues throughout the room and property. Every guest I spoke to at this property was disappointed and would not recommend. Will not come back.

This unit is almost non inhabitable
The beds are uncomfortable, living room furniture should be tossed. Kitchen supplies minimal, no extras anywhere. Had to have them come clean bathroom that was missed, replace lightbulbs, and many more deficient areas. I was embarrassed to have my family stay there. Will never return to this condo.

Loved the location; carpet wasn't very clean from your cleaning service - was spilled/dried/caked old salsa on carpet we cleaned up; fridge has cracked top shelf, cracked shelf in door and drawer doesn't go into ridges may want to fix before it gets worse; but otherwise very lovely place and really enjoyed it.

April 2019 Stay
The location is fabulous...after that it's all downhill. The management provided no value. I phoned prior to arriving they said they were open until 4 - I arrived they were closed (sun they close at 3). Next day I go to office, they tell me I have to be out on Sun at 10...fine...Sunday 9:30a, no one in office closed it's Easter. The unit was ill-equipped. Not enough flatware for 4 people rented for 8. Vacuum was vintage 1960...lightbulbs out...clock batteries dead...handmixer broken..can opener vintage 1970(manual). Drapes looked liked dragged through mud at bottom...needed paint job...L/R furniture should be thrown out and replaced. Not worth the money...will never use SunHost again or go to their resorts. Sad...

March 2019 Stay
Unit 107 is spacious and the views are great but that’s about all this unit has to offer. The beds still have spring mattresses from the 1980’s and a couple few beds cave in the middle. The water pressure in the showers is poor at best and it takes the dryer 2 cycles to dry a small load of laundry.
The owner really needs to put some money back into the unit.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless it’s for college spring breakers that don’t care where they are staying.

Great Location! Could use a little love...
The location of this property was excellent! It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. The unit could have been cleaner and the beds could have been more comfortable as well as the living room furniture, other than that I don't have a whole lot to complain about. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again if the price stays the same!

First time in a condo. Couldn't ask for a better experience! We were suppose to be at Las Brisas but when my friend found out there would construction during our stay we asked to be moved. Beach Place was a little more but nice. And with red tide in the area the other place also had there pool closed. We would of been very upset had we stayed. In our future I would like be a few floors up. Beach Place was well maintained!

Amazing!
Madeira Beach is just beautiful and this location is right in the heart of John’s Pass! We saw manatees, dolphins, sting ray ( in the channel which is right down the beach), and little crab. The shopping and restaurants are right across the street. The beach wasn’t too crowded, but you definitely need to bring or buy across the street a pop up tent and chairs or you can rent them. We stayed five nights with two families in the unit and could have stayed more. We will definitely be back! Pay the extra money to stay right on the beach!

January 2018 Stay
Our Feb 2018 stay was our first experience at Beach Place Condos. And I must say it was Excellent, 5 Stars all around! Unit #107 is a great Condo,very clean with plenty of room for the 8 of us which included our 4 grandchildren!. A great view of the Beach and Pool area. And the Sunsets from the Balcony were breathtaking!!
The location across from John's Pass is so convenient, everything you need is within walking distance.
The Sunhost Management team was very courteous and helpful.
We will definitely stay here again.
