Located in Madeira Beach, this charming condo for $365 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This ideally located 3 bedroom, 2 bath, corner unit condo has been completely renovated and updated. Just across the street from popular John's Pass Village, and overlooking the swimming pool, all with ocean views, visitors will appreciate everything this outstanding property offers. Free Wifi. This condo has 2 assigned parking spots. There is no additional parking at Beach Place. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. Beach Place #106's open floor plan includes new tile flooring throughout, a beautifully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances and cabinetry, and all utensils making cooking a breeze! A full laundry with new washer and dryer, and updated bathrooms make this a highly sought after vacation home. Comfortably sleeping up to 8, the large master bedroom offers a king sized bed with access to the private balcony. With plenty of closet space, and wonderful views, this is a perfect retreat after a busy day outside. The second guest room has 2 double beds, while the third offers one queen sized bed. All rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. This unit includes four televisions, as well as free WiFi and long distance from Canada and the U.S. | | A nice plus: two parking spots are allowed for this unit. This unit is Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum Winter and Summer Seasons. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Grab your beach towels and umbrella as the beautiful southern Madeira Beach and heated swimming pool is right outside your front door. Enjoy the BBQ facilities which are located here as well. Of course, John's Pass Village is right across the street. The John's Pass Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. Customer service has been great for us both times we have visited Beach Place Condos, the location is perfect for families with all ages, you are able to cross the street and be at Johns Pass shopping area within minutes, the property is well kept with all the employees being very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this location ,the beach is also right there and is cleaned daily .... we enjoy shell hunting in the early morning and fishing in the afternoon

This condo was very spacious and clean. The decor was beach themed and decorated very cute! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed staying in this condo. If you want a beach view I recommend staying a few floors higher, but it was nice being right by the pool.

We have a really enjoyable time and it was right at John’s pass. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. My husband loved that he got to fish their as well.

The property was exactly as the listing and photos described it. The location was perfect for us! Direct beachfront, nice pool, walking distance to John’s Pass with many nice restaurants, shops, and boat, watercraft and fishing rentals. Having 2 parking spots was very nice for visiting guests.
One thing that could have made it even better is if beach chairs and beach towels would have been included.
We would definitely stay here again!

Been going there for almost 20 years. This stay was the worse. Loud music till 4 in the morning. People coming in from the public parking area and using the pool as a public pool. Loud music at the pool was vulgar music at best. Families left the pool area because of this. Since my condo was right above the pool I witnessed this first hand. Saw people eating food in the pool and smoking cigars in the pool. Guess where the ashes went? Also serial activity going on in the pool as well. Needless to say I will be looking for a different place for my family to go. On the good side check in staff was very friendly

Location was great - just across from John’s Pass. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Beach access and heated pool was so convenient. The only drawback is that the property is next to public park and had several late night teen parties going on till late into the night.

Our unit was top notch. It was very clean and nicely equipped with everything we needed for the week. The pool area was spotless and well cared for. We cooked out and the grills were cleaned everyday. Our favorite part was the million dollar view of the gulf and beach.

December 2019 Stay
This is a nice condo with limited kitchen supplies. No beach towels limited bath towels and overall supplies for the price point I expect more! The pool noise is obnoxious and when I complained to management they did not respond. Knives should be thrown away as they were worthless. It was bright and furniture was very nice beds were ok.

October 2018 Stay
This was our second year staying at Beach Place with our entire family and we had a WONDERFUL time!! The balcony was greatly enjoyed by the 2 year old and the 72 year old, and the 7 year old adored the pool. My sister-in-law and I loved walked on the beach daily and my brother was a fan of walking under to bridge to get over to the boardwalk shops. We also discovered that the VFW across the street serves delicious dinners for very cheap! (It's open to the public, not just members.) We can't wait to come back next year!

October 2018 Stay
This is our second year here and it was even better than the last! We love the condo, the pool, everything about the accomodation. The check in was smooth and pleasant. We even were able to get into the condo a bit early. With a toddler and child, this place is perfect and safe. Being in the corner condo, we are able to watch the bridge over the pass open and close. Fascinating for little children!

June 2018 Stay
No one can argue about the location. You can’t get any closer to the sand. However, we weren’t really happy with the condo itself. It’s a 3/2, but what the listing doesn’t tell you is that there is no private master bath. The private bath is in one of the secondary bedrooms. There is a door from the master into the common bath, but at this price point, I expect a private master bath. The listing should make that clear. This may not be a big deal to some people, but it is to us. There was the smell of rotting garbage and a lot of little gnats or flies in the kitchen when we arrived. After placing a lemon on the garbage disposal that seemed to take care of it.
This place is loud! The windows and doors do nothing to keep the outside sounds out.
The furniture is VERY uncomfortable. The couch cushions don’t stay I place. Even if they did, it wouldn’t make the couch any more comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is hard, you can feel some of the springs, and it sags badly in the middle.
