Located in Madeira Beach, this charming condo for $350 per night is a great choice for your next break. This gorgeous ocean front condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities and comforts of home complete with granite kitchen and new furnishings and flooring. This nicely furnished unit comes with fully equipped kitchen for cooking and entertaining, washer and dryer in unit, Wi-Fi, entertainment system with HD flat screen TV/DVD player and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. The sleeping accommodations are a king bed in the master suite, 2 queens in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the privacy of your top floor balcony or fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves in the master suite. The building is equipped with a heated pool and gas BBQ grills and is just steps from the famous Johns Pass Village boardwalk with restaurants, shopping, water sports and entertainment.

This property was well furnished. Everything was clean. Plenty of bedding and linens. Property manager was very responsive, within 10-15 minutes I had responses to my questions.

A few things could have been better: I didn’t receive the door code (condo owner said Vrbo shows it was sent. I received email that looked like it would have the info but it didn’t. Then when we arrived at around midnight we didn’t have the elevator code. Luckily the condo owner responded quickly to my text. I didn’t know there would be a code or I would have made sure I had it). Internet was sporadic until we complained on the 3rd day then we saw a Spectrum (?) truck so they must have come to fix. Elevator was slow and loud but functional. Aside from that, the condo was great. Very well equipped, beds and furniture clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Across the street we enjoyed lots of good restaurants and some fun shops. You wouldn’t need to rent a car if you stay here if you can get groceries delivered. Another tip: reserve lounge chairs and umbrella through Beach Services West ahead of time. They are right in front of the building on the beach. Excellent service and communication.

Condo has a great view, easy beach access, and right across from John’s Pass and all its options. Host answers any questions super fast and was a great resource. Condo bedrooms are good sized. If you’re looking for a super modern/clean condo with updated finishes, decor, and tv’s this prob isn’t your first choice. But the beds are comfortable, location for area is close to everything. We didn’t even get in our car for 4 days of the stay.
The only real negative that you prob want to be aware of, is this is the last complex that is next to the bay and the gulf. So there is a public park that borders this and it was extremely loud at night. If you want to take late night walks at the beach, we were not able to without feeling unsafe for our kids. One night there were 8 police doing a man chase in the park and had our beach access blocked and the police dogs were out. There was also a large number of teenagers gathering every night that would be doing burnouts and donuts. They would also jump the fence and actually use our pool area.
This was only after dark at night. When the police would show up they would leave, but they always watched for them and would come right back with no police. During the day, it’s totally fine. We would stay there again so I don’t want this to sound too bad, we felt totally safe where we stayed. Condo works well, great location by lots of options. Host is good. Host even let us check out a little late just to be nice! We’d book again

This condo location is great! It is right across the street from John’s pass with many shops and restaurants/bars within walking distance. The view from the master bedroom is amazing. Overall the condo was clean, however, the linens/towels were not cleaned by a professional service and the sheets/mattress pad in the master bedroom had an odor and needed to be washed prior to use on day of arrival.

If you are looking for somewhere close to the beach and John’s Pass, this is great! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed: including a crockpot! The owner is responsive and helpful. The bedrooms were perfect size and the condo itself it’s surprisingly big.
The only downside is the condo could use some updating: the TVs in the bedrooms and the Children things provided like the high chair. Our 1.5 year old was able to slip right out of it as the high chair didn’t have a buckle. The condo also could’ve used a deep clean. The corners and some of the decor was dusty.

Fantastic experience. We had a little snafu with our parking (someone was in one of our spaces) but our host told us just what to do and was super quick to respond. The location was fantastic. Our teens could walk across to John’s Pass and explore. It was a perfect set up for us. The condo was ver tastefully decorated….everything was very well put together (that’s not always what you get at a rental). Loved our stay at this location!!!

The condo was excellent. Clean, updated and very well stocked. We cooked about half of our meals in, and had all the tools to do it with.
The view and the beach were great.

The location and property were excellent! We really enjoyed being right across from John's Pass. I thought it may be noisy or too busy being so close, but we really had no problems with the location. I reached out to the owner about a few things and she literally responsed both times, within minutes and worked towards a solution. Would book again.

Property is well kept! From the 5th floor the view is amazing, and very quiet, The kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals, some basic fishing gear and beach chairs are also in the unit for use if needed. I will stay there again!

We had a wonderful month at this property. Very comfortable, lovely location, beautiful sunsets from the top floor balcony. We found it quite quiet although we were there through two March Break weeks - top floor seems to have no noise issues! Well appointed kitchen for the chefs in the group. We will be back again.

The beach and beach location were excellent. The proximity to John’s Pass shopping and many good eating locations is just a short walk under the bridge which was very convenient.
Our condo was nice but could use a few updates. 3 of the 4 beds had old squeaky box springs and the couches were a little worn and uncomfortable. However the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. It was also nice to have washer and dryer in unit. The best part was sitting on balcony with our morning coffee. :-)

Plenty of room for my family of five. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants at night. We visited Florida a month early this year, so the temperatures were in high 60’s. The balcony allowed us to continue sunbathing in warmth and enjoy sunset when the beach got too cold in the late afternoon.
