Located in Madeira Beach, this charming condo for $311 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Located right at John's Pass, Madeira Beach this direct beach front 3 bedroom 2 bath has all the comforts of home with views that are sure to amaze you and your traveling companions. Relax on the beach front balcony with access from the living area as well as the master bedroom. Open the windows and let the gentle sound of the Gulf surf soothe your soul. Updated granite kitchen with newer appliances should you want to prepare your meals, or walk to many local restaurants. Free Wifi and Beach Place Unit 108 has one parking spot. There is no additional parking at Beach Place. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a king sized bed. The second guest room also offers 2 queen sized beds, plenty of closet space and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this condo a perfect spot for extended families. Washer and dryer, four flat screen televisions, high speed internet and one parking spot are also included. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the beaches, heated swimming pool AND BBQ facilities, but also it is just across the street from John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. A great location but the unit was very dirty and not properly maintained. The unit was in desperate need of maintenance and repairs like the patio sliding door not locking and a board used as a substitute.

My family has been staying at Beach Place for the last 9 years, and the condo's themselves get updated, but the building itself is not. Elevator and pool restrooms need to be updated. Elevators are slow and HOT!! We generally use the steps with only being on the first floor and the stairways are dirty with cigarette butts, sand and trash. Bathrooms consistently smelled of urine. However this was the fourth year we have stayed in BP108 and this year a lot of amenities that are normally in the condo were not there (kitchen items), but my main issue was no broom or working sweeper, when you are directly on the beach the amount of sand that gets unintentionally drug in is insane and then on top of it having no way to clean it up.

We love this location. This is probably our 10th time staying in this building. However, the units are showing their age. We were not permitted to lower AC temp below 72 degrees or the unit would break. That made things very uncomfortable. It’s Florida. Florida is hot. We did not sleep well.Likewise, our freezer did not have an ice maker - just two trays. We had to purchase ice. Floors also in need of a deep clean. Our feet were black from walking on tiles. The people were great! Pleasant to talk to. We will likely come back to this building, but not this unit. They need to update the AC and other appliances. We paid nearly $500/night. That’s too high to not sleep comfortably.

The condo was absolutely perfect. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The beach was within a couple hundred feet and John’s Pass was directly across the street. The condo was very clean and had a very cool beach vibe. The only “issue” we had was that we couldn’t get the WiFi to connect, which wasn’t a big deal.

My family (4 adults, 3 children) spent a week at Beach Place. We have stayed in other St Pete area locations before, but we loved this one. We chose a unit with 3 bedrooms, were close to the pool, the ocean, and within walking distance for restaurants and the pirate ship adventure, which our grandkids loved. While we were only on the 1st floor, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from our balcony. We are looking forward to a return visit next year!

Great convenient location. Would have preferred a unit not overtop of the pool. Only one parking spot for the 3 bedroom unit. Stayed for 4 weeks however minimal cleaning supplies provided. Balcony was a bit tight. That aside, we plan to return next year!

We had a great place and the condo was good overall. The 2 BR's at the front of the condo weren't kept as cool as the rest of the condo. The ice maker didn't work so we had to buy ice during the week. Would be nice if the condo had a cooler that you could take to the beach. But overall, the condo was good and we enjoyed our week there.

We had a wonderful time. There were a few things that could of been better but it wasn't a deal breaker. They have one elevator for the whole building and it is SLOW. Not all of the grills work and they are such a far walk. There were a couple things about my particular condo that could be updated. A socket had fallen off the wall and the dishwasher is on its last leg. We worked through these things and still enjoyed our time here. The location is everything. It makes up for the other minor issues. It would be nice to see friendlier staff, though. You can tell those people work hard, no doubt. They are either burned out or just don't like tourists. (I can understand that with some of them) The public beach access makes it a bit noisy and rowdy. The condo itself i would give 8 out of ten. It cost a lot to stay there though. When we came in there was sand all over everything. Even the couch.

Room was a lot nicer than some of our friends, one who had no air, the other was outdated as could be that I felt gross walking on their brown carpet! Our garbage disposal stunk pretty bad and our front door had a big gap in it so the lights shined right through it in evening and chain lock could easily fall off so we had to put something against door at night because we had little ones. The bathrooms down by pool were out of order the whole week until last day we were there :( We had a little one potty training so that was a pain having to go back up to room.
As far as property cleanliness, they took great care of pool and didn’t see a lot of trash just laying around.
And depends on what room someone would get if I would recommend it!

The rental is beautiful but lacks kitchen basics....example pot holders, can opener, silverware, mixer, extra pots and pans for those of us that cook all week. Extra sheets & blankets would also be nice.

Very Big and spacious for a small group of people. Perfect location! Pool/Beach steps away and everything in St John Pass is in walking distance. The only.thinh we complained about was the air conditioning only being able to be set at 72. It was very warm and at night we had to leave the balcony doors open to get some cook air circulating. Great security system with # locks for entry to facility.

As always we loved our stay at Beach Place. The new floors were beautiful and the condo was clean when we arrived. Our only issue was people who were not staying there coming off the beach and going into the pool when someone was leaving or entering at that time. Family of 12 were let in one night. I spoke with the gentleman who unwittingly opened the door for them they have become cleaver about standing and looking like they are having issues remembering the code. Thankfully the new lock on the beach gate was fixed on our last day. We want to also compliment the office staff on always being friendly and professional. See you next year!!!

Beach Place 108 has a wonderful location with great views. The condo had some minor things that were broken, but nothing that was major. The only complaint I had was that Barbara the major called me about some items that weren't mine and were there on the day I arrived, she was very rude and laughed at me on the phone like I was a stupid child because I did not report them.

Perfect location with pool, beach, and John’s Pass footsteps away. Saw dolphins on our morning walks on the beach and John’s Pass. Despite many people it was still very relaxing and enjoyable. Condo had the basics. Was nice having bigger beds, 2 beach chairs, washer/dryer, cooking utensils/pans and dishwasher. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony daily. For the price, you can’t beat it!! The directions and instructions were very clear and management was quick to respond with and questions or changes. My daughter said it was the best vacation ever! Hope to come back again soon!

The condo was very spacious and not out of date. I was so happy to have a washer/dryer in unit! Great location and the view from balance was spot on!! Only con I would give is that there was sand between the couch cushions. Other than that I really enjoyed it.

Perfect condo for our family! Just as described! Across the street from St. John’s Pass. We went in January on a week that was below normal temps. The pool heat was out for the majority of our stay, but once it was fixed we enjoyed the pool and loved the beach!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Condo, suited all of our needs. The fridge is huge and I wanted to take it home with me. Beautiful view of sunsets and a very clean beach. Hope to be back next year.
