Your perfect shore getaway awaits at this newly renovated, beautifully decorated, open concept beach condo in the desirable Ocean City garden area! This stunning 2nd/3rd floor sleeps 12 and is perfect for multiple or large families for your summers at the shore! Settled in the Northend, this home is located across from the Island Grille and Berenato’s Deli. A quick 1 1/2 blocks walk to the beach and boardwalk (Next to Brown's Donuts-yum!) This is a 2nd & 3rd floor property that sleeps ~12 comfortably, 4 bedrooms plus an additional bonus bedroom room off the primary suite deck which can sleep 2 people in a brand new pull-out couch). *Upstairs Sail Away Suite includes: 1 King Bed (Sleep Number bed)-sleeps 2 and full sized pull out couch-sleeps 2 children or 1 adult *Multifunctional Room (photos coming soon) on other side of Primary Suite porch with brand new full-sized pull-out couch-sleeps 2 *Captain's Quarters-1 queen bed-sleeps 2 (new Casper mattress) *Patriotic Paradise-2 twin beds-sleeps 2 *Under the sea room-1 Twin Bunk Bed with Trundle and a single twin bed-sleeps 4. *Additional sleeping arrangements: include 1 queen air mattress/premium quality and pack n play for the littlest beach bums. Also included are 2 full bathrooms. TWO parking spaces in a private driveway. First time staying on this end of OC, beach was less crowded than boardwalk beach. House had great amenities and master bedroom was very nice. Communication with owner was great.

As close to perfect as possible without being on the beach (lol). Everything was there that we needed for little ones as well as adult's.Talked with owners and they were terrific, pleasant and helpful.
May need help...I goofed and left my surface case at the house. In the pocket is my hot spot and its charger tail. Would greatly appreciate help getting it mailed back to me.Left vmail and text with owner, waiting on feedback.

Wonderful stay at the shore. Across the street from Island grill and a deli making eating easy! And between 2 ice cream shops! What more could you ask for. Clean… decorated adorable and tons of amenities.
Only cons .. it is on the second floor if you have anyone with trouble on stairs.

My family and I (my mother, sister, nephew, husband, 2 year old, 9 month old, and dog) enjoyed our stay at Violet Views. The check-in process was smooth. From the moment we arrived until we left we found the location to be beyond ideal. The deli across the street had friendly workers and everything one could need. The restaurant on the other corner had amazing food and speedy service. We had take out our second night and ate it on the outside deck. It was a perfect situation. Speaking of the outside deck, it is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee and afternoon/evening cocktail. The house was a perfect size for the 6 of us- despite the kitchen being small. Lastly, the outside shower, beach cart, and beach chairs came in handy. I would recommend Violet Views to anyone looking for a clean place that is a quick walk to the beach with many bonus features.

I appreciated the owners allowing us to bring our dog. She enjoyed the north side of OC as much as we did. We didn’t use our car all week as this was a good location for everything. Only downside, the listing states 4 bikes, but only 2 are usable. If sharing the master bed, the larger person needs to sleep on the inside, or the mattress tilts. That said, the owners provided many amenities that most listings do not. Ie, snack basket, paper towels, TP, all cleaning products. Lastly, Bernardos market sells many necessities. We didn’t need to get much from Acme. It was a great week!

This was the first year that our family beach week outgrew the property where we stayed in the North end of OC for the past 40 years, and this was a great option! It was comfortable and well-stocked with the essentials. (Just a little suggestion: either provide hand towels in the kitchen and bathroom, or add a note to bring them in addition to your own bath and beach towels.) The outside shower was a bonus, especially with only 1 bathroom. Our only frustration that wasn't communicated to us ahead of time (and still isn't noted on the current VRBO listing) was that the pictured living room furniture was replaced with a great sectional; however, it was no longer a queen sofabed. The replacement was a queen-size air mattress, which was okay for our young adult children, but would not have been okay for some adults and probably shouldn't be counted in the number of "beds available" at this property. That was our reason for our less than 5 on the Accuracy of the Online Listing. It really IS a great property, and we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Vacation!
Great communication, easy check in, all amenities included, just bring food and yourself and the rest is provided! The location is ideal and parking was a major plus! Downstairs tenant was unpleasant and 2nd floor neighbor was a little territorial but over all great rental and stay!

Lovely Week in OC
We really enjoyed our stay at Violet Views the week of Aug 14th 2021. The rental was very clean, spacious and had pretty much everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We really appreciated the beach tags, beach cart, boogie board and bikes that were provided also the trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and welcome basket. The space itself was larger than we expected and was more than enough room for our family of 5 and dog. We loved the decor and colors of the rental as well which really made us feel like we were at the beach. We absolutely loved coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening on the beautiful deck which overlooks 1st street. The close proximity to the beach and boardwalk is as an added bonus as we could walk or bike ride to all the OC attractions. Thank you Evan and Vanessa for sharing your beautiful home with us, we will definitely be back!

The sofas could use a slipcover and to be perfectly honest the master bedroom needs a new mattress. The thermostat was broken in the home but when I contacted the owner he had someone out there within 30 minutes which we appreciated. We also appreciated the Disney+ that was available, etc. and the deck was lovely. We didn’t use the outside shower much due to mosquitos. If you have older folks with you, the stairs may be a challenge for them.

Lovely beach vacation home
Renting this property was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The house was very clean, and freshly decorated. There were toys for our grandson and even a bowl for our dog. Close to the beach and boardwalk, as well as restaurants. We didn't have to move our car all week. Lovely porch for morning coffee and dinners. We were very happy with our stay.
