Cool surf spot, adorable common areas - ping pong, bar, beach. Breakfast was included, delicious and made to order by the nicest ladies.
The a/c in our room didn't work well, and we were way too hot all night - maybe not a problem in all rooms. The surf break is definitely advanced and not for beginners

Cool rooms, nice breakfast, ping pong and foosball. The staff was really fun and friendly. There were nightly volleyball games which was fun.
It’s not really on the beach. There is sand, but then a river that you have to cross and then another hill of sand and then a pretty large stretch of beach before you get to the ocean. You Can’t really even see the ocean from the property. It was really hot while we were there and we were traveling with kids so it was just quite a trek to get over to the ocean. The river also made for lots of mosquitoes. They also played a fairly continuous stream of AI generated music at the bar which after a while I found hard to listen to.

Simple. Basic. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Excellent beach access. Gorgeous view. Excellent, fresh cooked breakfast. We loved Brooke, the manager!!
Small AC for huge room. Curtains don't fully cover windows. Doors have gaps under them. One light switch for all lights in the room.
