We loved the property, it had everything we needed and was neat and clean. The area is wonderful, the beach right out the door was beautiful - we watched the sunset every night over the ocean. I would have given it a higher rating except for the fact that we could not reach the property owner with a minor question. I called three different phone numbers with no luck. I left multiple messages and got no reply. It concerned me because if the isssue had been a major one I don't know where we would have turned next. For that reason, we will not be staying there again, even though the property is exceptional.

The property was just as we expected, no disappointments and a wonderful area. The only issue we had was the first day we had trouble with internet and couldn't get help. It did not end up being a big problem because it was not the connection, but the service to the area that was spotty that day. I would return some day if available as it was a wonderful spot on a wonderful key and we have more to explore in the area.

We enjoyed staying here for one week. This is a beautiful place located on a private beach next to the gulf. It is beautifully decorated in a beach theme. It was very clean and quiet. This is located near several great restaurants. The owner Pat was very helpful with any questions we had. We look forward to staying again next year! We give this VRBO 10 stars!

Clean, well-appointed condo just steps from peaceful Englewood Beach. This ground floor condo is perfect for a couple who wants to get away. It has everything you need, including the coldest AC we’ve ever experienced. The owner is also super responsive. We loved the short path to the beach through the vegetation and the absolutely gorgeous sunsets. The beach offered sightings of manatees and dolphins and many shark teeth. Great local restaurants are a short walk/drive away. In our opinion, the only downside to the area was the lack of shops. There’s only one and it is pricey.

This property was perfect for us. Clean and updated. Right on the beach. The town is quiet and small, so the beaches weren’t crowded. Perfect week away to just sit and relax!! The hosts were great as well. Answered all our questions. Thank you

It was a great location, however, we were very disappointed that there is no ocean view from inside the unit or sitting outside (as the advertised pictures show) due to the growth of the vegetation. You can hear the ocean, you just can't see it. Also you will hear your upstairs neighbors even if they are just walking around. Our neighbors had 2 little ones so it sounded like they were playing basketball the whole time. When we arrived, the unit wasn't cleaned but once we got ahold of the owner, she quickly got that resolved. The unit was well equipped and did have a lot of the little things that made our stay nice.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the complex, it was perfect for 2! We met some great neighbors and we love the slow pace of the town. The beaches are beautiful and we can’t wait to visit again!

Up to date, ocean front condo. Beautiful beach. Listing as described. Communication was great. Only negative thing I want to say is that if you are a light sleeper this place isn’t for you. You can hear most conversations from the next unit from inside and you can hear every step made in the upstairs unit. It sounded like moving furniture all hours of the day. It probably didn’t help they had 6-8 people over everyday for a large portion of the day and into the evening. Overall listing is as described. I only mention the sound issues for those who are light sleepers and book based on reviews.

Very cute and very clean property right on the beach. Perfect getaway spot for my wife and I. There are 3 other units in the building - so perfect for vacationing with other couples. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect! Amazing property & location!! It was so peaceful and beautiful!! Condo had everything we needed and then some. It was great having the beach just steps from the front door. There were also many turtle nests right there off the path! This is our new favorite place, can’t wait to return 😀

I grew up in Englewood but moved to Texas 23 years ago. I’m pretty picky when it comes to places to stay on the beach - this one is just right 👍 Just like the pictures show you are are steps from the water, you can easily and safely leave your things on the beach while you go up to the house to use the restroom or grab something more to eat or drink, etc. The unit is clean, decorated nicely, and has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely book here again for our next stay 👍

Was disappointed I did not get first right of refusal for next year that was unprofessional! Only could get 15 days would have taken the month Vubo booked it! We can’t wait to arrange our schedules to return to this little Piece of Paradise! The beach was just steps away from the front porch. There were only a few neighbors that were on the beach with us. It was very private and just far enough away from the public beaches that we only had a few people walking past looking for shells. We could walk to dinner or use the golf cart shuttles to get us anywhere on Manasota Key. There were many excellent restaurants and bars close by. The sunsets are an attraction that every vacationer attempts to see each evening before or after their meals. While everyone was struggling to find parking at the public beach we were able to return to our own private view of this Spectacular Event that only God could provide us.. Thank you Pat for allowing us to use your Amazing cottage. We will be back!

My husband and I love this location and you can’t beat the price! Just steps from the oceanfront and our condo was quaint and with everything we needed. The king bed is very comfortable which was a great plus and the owners and property manager were responsive to the couple of questions I had during our stay. Would stay again!

This is a wonderful place to relax. Just steps to the beach. I liked being so close ti the beach. It made it so nice for evening swims or walks. Clean & quiet, not over crowded ever. The condo itself was great! Very comfortable & cozy. It was a perfect place to sit on the porch in the rocking chairs in the mornings and watch the lizards play. There are so many places to eat and all of them are top notch. I highly recommend condo #2 to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation, steps to the beach and fantastic dining!

What a wonderful place! Anything the accomodations lack, the location and proximity to the beach make up for. Place is cute and well-equipped with kitchen items and beach gear. Walls are thin, so keep in mind you have neighbors all around.

It’s not a five-star hotel 🏨 if that’s what you’re looking for ..This place is just comfy cozy 🏖The beach was beautiful 🏖🎇! We made our own sandwiches to bring to the beach 🏖We barbecued sometimes ,Which is pretty cool nightlife was fabulous ❤️A band every night 🎼We just boogie down every single night 💃🏾🕺🏾 fabulous vacation

Loved, loved the location with private beach access right out the door! Unit was clean and the coastal decorating gave it a great vibe! Tricky to get laundry done as washer/dryer in separate bldg shared by many, but we managed. Would love to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay on Manasota Key. We were asked to launder all towels before leaving. Hard to do when leaving early morning for a long drive home.
