Nestled in Marco Island, this attractive condo for $193 per night is a great option for your next break. New Remodel, 10th Floor Amazing Southern Views! Sleeps 7 comfortably. You will love the sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico from your very own private balcony. The property is fully stocked with everything you'll need while at the condo or while enjoying a day at the beach or pool. New beach chairs, tilt and anchor umbrellas, a cooler and a new Pull and Push Large Big Wheeled Beach Cart that makes it easy to get all your beach necessities to the ocean. Sleeps 7 comfortably! King size master, with a queen/twin bunk bed and a pull out twin trundle in the second bedroom. The couch also pulls out to a queen size bed. Living room and both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen smart tvs. So when you are not enjoying the white sands and aqua blue water you can stream your favorite shows and movies. Condo is also equipped with Free Wifi and basic cable. A DVD player and DVDs are at the condo if you do not subscribe to a streaming service. Also enjoy gorgeous sunsets, some of the best shelling in Florida, swimming in the ocean or the pool, or fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts. We love South Seas! Our view was beautiful! Loved the ease of checking in! The amenities were great, but I have to say the wagon for the beach was extremely hard to pull. After we got a rhythm of backpack chairs, shoulder strap cooler and the awning, it wasn’t bad to walk to the beautiful beach!

This condo far exceeded our expectations. The balcony view to the shoreline is second to none. This was our first time staying in Marco, but definitely had no complaints. It’s location on the island is quiet and serene. The updated kitchen appliances were nice with the dishwasher being extremely quiet. We had plenty of beach chairs, towels and coolers with laundry facilities just around the corner. Mattresses were very comfortable. Tastefully decorated and check in / check out were seamless. Something to consider if you have difficulty walking is the 6-8 minute walk to the shoreline. However, we didn’t seem to mind. After all, what better place to walk than on the beach . We had a wonderful family vacation and loved this condo. Highly recommend!

WE had a great time and outstanding weather.Condo is small but it does have beds for 6 people plus a pull out couch.View is great and was clean.AC is very loud, but we mostly kept the doors/windows open. Unit could use a few more tables, as we were using bins for nightstands!We would return if the price wasn't so high.

Pool was closed most of the week, when contacted the property manager about it they didn't respond. Contacted several times, including via VRBO and received no response. Also be aware of the hidden parking fees not disclosed in the contract. Condo was fine (besides no pool), not great but not terrible however like others said its literally 15 min walk to the waterfront. You can do certainly do better for your money.

The property was very well maintained. Condo was clean and had essentials like towels, dishes, cooking tools and pots/pans. Beach chairs, beach wagon and cooler were also available. Condo sits on the 10th floor with a nice view of the ocean. Nice well maintained furniture. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Unfortunately there were no blankets, so we had to purchase blankets to use. Worth asking for if you stay there for sure. Condo pool was spacious. Note they do not allow floats, balls, or playing in the pool at all. Additionally, NO food is allowed within the pool area and no drinking is allowed in the pool or pool edge. The walk to the water from the condo is approximately 0.5 miles.. so be prepared to get your steps in. That said, it is a flat walk and not too awful. Building property has a tennis court, pickle ball courts, shuffle board, bocce ball, and a putting green with all equipment. Overall great location with multiple close restaurant choices. Property is gated and all exterior doors are locked. You must have a key or code to get in the building. Restaurants we really enjoyed included Joey's right on Collier for fabulous pizza and pasta. Cocomos offered seafood choices and will cook your fresh catch. Icecream shop across the road is a local favorite. Stan's on the water has all you can eat crablegs on Tues and Thurs for $36!! With live music too. Paradise Found has tons of outdoor seating on the water and live music. Ciao Bella Ristorante Italiano offered excellent, upscale, italian dining with the best cannoli and key lime pie! So many excursion choices too - the Cape Romano tour is a must do..we enjoyed a boat ride to the dome houses and then shelling. Speaking of shells.. we have traveled to many beaches and NEVER have I seen so many seashells as there are on this island! Kayaking eco tour was also great. So peaceful and really an easy paddling experience with the current almost carying you the whole way. Sunset catamaran champagne tour was beautiful. They fully stocked the cooler with more than enough wine, beer and water and the captain was excellent. Miami is ~2hrs away and Naples is a short 15 min drive. Loved the island and will definitely go back!!

This condo was perfect four our family of 5. Close enough to walk to the beach. We particularly liked being on this end of the beach, less crowded…much more our pace. Would 100% recommend and will be back!

The condo was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay-the view was breathtaking(especially in the morning with a cup of coffee). It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioner was loud (especially at night). But overall the experience was amazing!

Prior to arriving, I did place a call with a concern to the property manager, but the call was never returned. Only thing I'd recommend is eliminating some of the keys and moving to key codes. Too many keys to tag along while on vacation. Looking forward to my next visit to MI and, hopefully, this condo will be available. Definitely would stay again!!!

Great views from the balcony- shaded in the morning and evening. Laundry down the hall was easy. Never a wait even during the busy week. We read earlier reviews that there was construction noise. We didn't hear any construction. I would recommend this to families with kids. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. We had a minor issue with the bath tub that was fixed immediately. Only downside is the physical keys needed to move around and in/out of the property. Wish the condo association would update to using key cards or key pads.

Had a very easy experience in renting. Very thorough packet is given to you at the office that is close to the property. Nice covered parking garage. Access to carts to take things up elevator and to your room. Easily accessible Laundry. Condo had everything we needed. Had to buy groceries and some extra toilet paper and paper towels. About 5 of the lightbulbs were out it we had plenty of light. I’d like to see those tended to because zi like things to look kept up with bu that was the only issue. King sized bed was comfortable. Noise level was reasonable. You are at the best spot if you like to walk both beaches. You are at the beginning of both South Beach and Tigertail. We walked a lot! The pool is very warm! The two bathtubs are very deep which we liked. Good for soaking after a day out walking on the beach. Beautiful views out both sides of Condo. Met lovely neighbor to the South side. Condo front desk was helpful and friendly. You must wear a mask in the building common areas or face a $50 fine. We did see some folks without but most did wear them. There is a security gate that protects the property. You must place a paper tag on dashboard. You can get that at the front desk. Best breakfast place walkable distance is Doreens Cup of Joe! Delicious. A little hard to park in small parking lot there at certain times. Closes at two. Go late and no wait. Would definitely stay here again! Delightful! The beach is wide at this point so if that’s a problem walking for you you may not want that. Not an issue for us since we like to walk. Views are glorious!

We had a wonderful stay though we had to leave two weeks early due to Covid Virus. The view was beautiful and the condo was very clean. The up dates we suggested the year before were done including replacing twin mattresses and cleaning the carpet. The TV in the living room is a very small old fashion TV and would love to see that updated. Thank you for sharing your condo

The unit was not what we expected with the cost and the pictures of it were deceiving. The unit needed to have some attention as far as the things that were tore up. You can tell the owner didn’t take pride in their condo. Also, unit was not ocean front it was ocean view. It was a 1/2 mile walk to the shore line and we would have not rented it if we had know that. It just wasn’t up

Had a wonderful vacation. Location and sunshine thawed our winter bones. The condo had a great view. Appreciated the updates in kitchen, living room and baths. The bedrooms need some updating. Linens, bedspreadvery worn. Twin mattresses were unusable so really we had only one bedroom which caused a problem when we had company. The carpets in bedrooms were filthy.

The South Seas Tower facilities was well taken care of, had a nice workout facility and parking was easy and convenient. Unit 1005 is very outdated and was a very basic unit that appeared to not have any upgrades. The main TV is still a picture tube and only one of the bedrooms had a tv and it was the size of a laptop screen. The pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable.

We requested a response from the owner multiple times via the rental company but did not receive a single reply concerning the problem of noise construction. The unit next to us was being repaired from hurricane damage replacing windows and literally shaking our unit due to the noise and vibration. We made this concern known to the owner even sent a short video to demonstrate what we were referring to but there was apparently no interest or concern about the matter. Based on my experience you should not expect to have the owner rental company respond to any specific concern that you have. On a more positive note the ocean was good the view was good and the resort area was good unfortunately the care that we received as renters was poor. I Sent multiple emails requesting a response after having not received a reply thinking it was merlely an oversight. In the end it was evident that our being awakened in the early morning with loud power saws and vibration of our walls did not matter to the owner. Not a single effort to reach out to us to help or express concern. I don’t know what tthey will say in response to this review but I can tell you this, they did nothing. If they make an effort to make it right I’ll reconsider my review.
