Modern comforts are built right in, featuring central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a premium cable package, and a washer and dryer. Lovely house. Could have used more cleaning supplies and a brush to clean the grill. Finally, the lockbox did not work when we checked out and we had to leave the keys in the house

House was clean, as described. Bigger than the pictures make it out to be, which was a nice surprise. Backyard was great with pea gravel, grill, deck...etc. Very private, could barely see a neighboring house.

We had a great time at this house. The location was great for getting downtown or to the beach. We loved the parking sticker for the pond to swim in near by. However, I’m thankful that I called the property manager before arriving to see if there was propane in the grill. On our call she warned me that the house doesn’t have; towels, sheets, trash bags, soap, toilet paper, NOTHING. It didn’t say anywhere on the listing about this, so I’m glad i called! Now that we know, we’d definitely go back with a full understanding of expectations.
