This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms and bathrooms, overlooks the lagoon, and is about a 10-minute walk to the beach. This first-floor Tennis Club villa features updates throughout and an open floor plan. The kitchen provides plenty of counter space and has an elevated bar with seating. The dining area, right off of the kitchen, offers seating for six and overlooks the lagoon. The living room features comfortable seating and a TV and flows right into the sunroom, which also overlooks the lagoon. The master suite, located off of the living room, offers a king-sized bed, lagoon views, and a TV. The private, en suite bathroom has double sinks and a large glass shower. The second bedroom, with a full bed and a twin bed, is off of the other side of the living room and has its own hall bath with a shower/tub combination. The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours! Tennis Club Villas are located just 40 minutes from historic Charleston, on Kiawah’s East Beach and are only a short distance from one of The Travel Channel's 10 best USA beaches; Kiawah's extraordinary hotel, The Sanctuary, with its exceptional restaurants, bars, and spa; the Turtle Point Golf Course clubhouse; East Beach Town Market; Roy Barth Tennis Center; and the Night Heron Park. During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email. This was a nice 2-bedroom villa, conveniently located near the Sanctuary and the Tennis Club. It was clear and well-decorated and was worth the money.

Beautiful spot. We were focused on beaching & biking our entire stay, so we were easy to please. The wildlife was a nice surprise as well: Deer, dolphins, & sea turtles.

This villa is in a great location. It's an easy walk to the Sanctuary, the beach and Town Center Market. The layout inside worked well for us. Our teen had his own room and bathroom. Loved that the porch was enclosed and part of the living space. Beautiful views of the lagoon. The kitchen was fully equipped. This unit has a washer, dryer and fireplace. We will definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs an update in general...furnishings and a new washer/dryer unit. The dryer barely works and the buzzer is broken on it. We read all the signs on it and it still dried sporadically. Also, this first floor unit was very noisy from the unit above. Overall it was very worn. There are so many rental options, we would not chose this one again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely nature sightings from the villa. Villa was dirty when we first arrived but Akers Ellis promptly came and cleaned again. The villa was a little farther from the beach than other Tennis Club villas we have rented. The villa could use a deep cleaning. The bike rental service was very convenient. The kitchen supplies were adequate. This villa was the best for nature sightings compared to other TC villas. The enclosed porch was different. It had pros and cons. Akers Ellis was very professional and attentive.

A lot of work on landscaping starts at 8am so don’t plan on sleeping in. Other than the constant blowers and mower noise, this was a great location.

Liked the size and layout. With 4 adults and 1 child, it made for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent. Close by to our activity (marathon). A couple of suggestions for improvement....hand towels in bathrooms and instructions for tv / cable operation. We figured it out, but it took a little time.
