Located in Spring Valley, this attractive house for $331 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 7 min from the strip-around 6 miles-$13 uber airport-8 miles--$19 uber downtown-7 miles--$14.5 uber outlet premium- 5.5 miles--$11 uber fashion mall-6 miles red rock canyon - 16 miles My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). my great one story house located only few miles from the strip. 3 bedrooms with additional room ( bed, and desk ) nice patio with sparkling pool. great location!! The space Super clean and full with everything you need for perfect vacation but feeling in your own house:)!! 7 min from Las Vegas blvd!! Our place great for family! Kids and baby friendly!! If you need a crib or high chair pls ask before you arrive.. THERE IS NOT A GARAGE AVAILABLE, ITS CONVERTED INTO A BEDROOM. The place is super clean And very comfortable for a long stay. This house has a great kitchen and lots of space for everyone to make themselves comfortable! kitchen nicely loaded with everything you need to cook, bake and enjoy a nice dinner with your friends and family . The yard has a BBQ , and a fence for enjoyment and privacy. Outdoor table can welcome 6 guests + 2 more Garden chairs. Private pool with a solar heater. We provide towels +towels for the pool. We have 60' tv with a lot of channels. We will always be there for you if you need our recommendation during your stay. General check-in is after 3pm but we are flexible if the house available. Just let us know in advance. Check-out is at 11am to allow cleaning for next guest but we are flexible most of the time if you ask in advance. You are more then welcome to contact me for more info!!! Please keep the noise levels down. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY ALLOWED IN OUR HOUSE. The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guest access The house and all its amenities are yours to enjoy! Interaction with guests The Property has security cameras placed in the front area, and in the back pool area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons for everyone safety and security. In no way this infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. Also, there are noiseaware installed in the back of the property in placed to inform use of any overly loud noises that would disrupt of neighbors. We respect your privacy You will not see us, except for emergency.. We are available by text, and happy to do what I can to make your stay comfortable and fun! G64-05388

The home was beautiful and very comfortable for our group of 8. We were able to cook full meals in the kitchen, enjoy the living room, which was big enough for our group to all have a place to sit and everyone had a comfy place to sleep. All the rooms had a smart TV so we were all able to watch our own TV when we wanted to. The pool was the high light and we spent a lot of time outside on the patio furniture and in the pool. It was only a 10 dollar Uber ride to the Strip on the nights we went out. Highly recommend for a group who want time by a private pool and time in as well as nights out.

Had an amazing weekend with my group of friends. Was there for a music festival and the house met all our needs. Very spacious and local to the strip only 2 miles away! great for uber

There was no pictures of the front of the house, or the neighborhood it was in. This was the only house without bars on the windows, and gang writing within a few hundred feet. Then we wanted to watch the news, and guess what? NO TV, other than Netfix!!! I have never been in a rental with no TV!!! We also had problems with the shower valve, which I was told someone would be over the very next day. But we didn't see a sole! Never again!!!

I would so go back and stay at this location. Hopefully our team wins the Vegas trip again so we all can stay here. Yes there were a few hiccups, but any issue was resolved within hours. Loved the quick drive to the casino's and uber / lift to Freemont was not expensive at all. The only suggestion would be that the single beds could use an upgrade or foam mattress top.

Kitchen was nice, clean and well equiped. Large nice back yard with pool with pergola and nice furniture. Needs more light in bathrooms, instructions on use of TV including the PIN number. Pictures really need updating as home is better than pictures show. Overall very enjoyable.

This house had everything we needed, is clean, and is minutes away from all the Vegas happenings. The beds were horrible. We love staying at VRBO's because it is always better than a hotel room, but not these beds. I don't think a cheaper mattress could be found.

Située entre 2 maisons abandonnées, je comprends mieux pourquoi il y a des cameras, le quartier est un ghetto les maisons d'a coté son vides et abandonnées, la maison en elle meme est un piege des trou dans les mur un garage défoncé, nous déconseillerons vivement a quiquonque de s y rendre .!! PIEGE !!!!!

5 ladies 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom in this beautiful home, with a pool, privacy, and 7 minutes from the strip.... WHAT MORE COULD A GIRL ask for... EVERYTHING WAS Great!! We’re planning another trip!! Haha we will be booking again and this house is on the top of our list!!! Thank you 😊 I
