The two properties can be interconnected via a private gate to enable uninterrupted private access. Combining the two properties is a favourite for families holidaying with grandparents. All pet waste must be removed from the property prior to departure, if extra cleaning, waste removal, or maintenance is required as a result of the pet, additional fees will be deducted from the bond and is not negotiable. • Group restrictions - maximum of 6 adults at the property unless otherwise approved directly with Byron Beach Retreats. • Strict noise policy and no parties permitted - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond. • A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking. • Cancellations - Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior the 50% deposit is non-refundable. For those bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of total booking cost will be incurred - therefore no refund will be made. • Bond of $1500 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival. • $400 cleaning fee applies per stay.
