great location. Walking distance to the main street, beach, marina. Great place for a dog. The backyard is fully secure and clean. The property is very well maintained. Check in and check out was very easy. House was very clean. Would highly recommend this place to others.

This is our 4th stay here and that probably says it all. Great view, facilities, plenty of space, location is perfect looking out across the marina and the gulf and a short walk to the Ale house. Host Carl is accommodating and communicates well and easy to get along with. Perfect!

Property was spotless and as is in all photos

The property has a beautiful zen landscaped back yard. Very pleasant to just sit and enjoy the sea breeze. The property has stairs which can be a pain for older people like myself with a small dog. Views can be enjoyed in late evening, but from mid morning blinds have to be kept drawn as sun reflects rays on balcony kitchen which would be better in winter time not summer. Glare from sun interferes with watching television, and blinds have to be closed if you want to watch tv or watch a film. On the up side hosts have catered for all thats needed to make a homely stay. Condiments, spices, kitchen needs, bathroom needs toilet paper, shampoo, body soaps and relaxing gels. making it easy saving to have to go out shopping for basic needs, on arrival. Ceiling Fans in every room and ducted air con which works excellent. On the whole was an enjoyable stay, if it wasn't for an outage that affected the whole of YP for 24 hours, and Tradies building new properties next door, starting with heavy equipment starting at 7am every morning, which was out of the hosts control. Had at least two days prior to leaving with peace and quiet, which was lovely. TV in main bedroom or two bedrooms, would have added to relaxation. All towels and bedding provided. 10/10 for hospitality from hosts. Communication with host 10/10 Lower ground floor has a television and couch, a small bar fridge would have been helpful, to keep cold drinks in.
